Integration of MySQL

I recently discovered that the integration of MySQL Dreamweaver, but I can't make it work. Something is wrong with my configuration, and by operating, I get 404 errors. The server and the permissions are set correctly.

Local news:
Local root folder: G:\xampplite\htdocs\home\
Relative links to: the Site root
HTTP address: http://supertwinkie.co.cc/

Test server:
Model: PHP MySQL
Access: Local/network
Folder: G:\xampplite\htdocs\home\
URL prefix: http://localhost/

My site is stored and tested on a server lite XAMMP located on my flash drive. Remote through FTP to my x 10 (no probems) account. Configure a database with a configuration of account and privileges of user with Dreamweaver. Tests of this database connection, I get a 404 error:

http://i29.tinypic.com/8yxqpz.jpg

I do not understand the second reason, and Dreamweaver documentation does not cover it. I guess that's not relevant to me.

Who is wrong?

You assume correctly. It is quite relevant to you.

http://localhost is the equivalent of htdocs. Since your site is in a subfolder of htdocs, you must add the name of the subfolder to the prefix of the URL:

http://localhost/home/

  • AS3 + mysql database design: several students over several results

    It is more a problem of design of database, but almost everyone here using database integration with their applications so it seems important. I'm integrating AS3 + mysql + php and need to clarify the design of database of several results of students in various activities.

    Development of a learning course online with a 'dashboard' control panel with all the kids teacher translates every activity.

    I read the rules of design of database by Codd etc...

    I understand the need for the parent tables and children so information are relational and not duplicated etc...

    BUT I'm not sure I know how to design the results section. Several students various lessons with 10 activities which each give a mark out of ten.

    The table would be updated every few seconds that 10,000 users would be online at the same time

    1. I created a table of results with the results of pupils in the same table, IE: Tom would be the first line

    brand name lesson activity

    Tom               1                1               6

    John              1                1               4

    Tom               1                2               8

    As you can see it Tom is very fast, because he has already completed the activity 2 and so it is added to the third rank. It seems I'm repeating the same info: lesson and Tom.

    I know that this should be a student_id instead of the name of Tom - it was just to clarify the example.

    Thank you

    Could someone send me to a link with an example of a table for the results of the students

    nothing is repeated in this table (results).  you have a number of lessons each with 10 activities.  It's no different than having 10 times more lessons.

  • Problem with Web Builder and MySQL connection

    Hello

    I created a web service VI (see picture attached) to connect my Web Builder application with a MySQL database. The problem is that I get nothing on my exit signs during the call to the web service VI.

    Some tests I've done:

    (1) this web service VI works perfectly (I mean indicators 'value', 'status' and 'data_hora' give the desired result) when the VI run directly through LabVIEW. MySQL connection and my VI are OK...

    (2) I know my web service VI was successfully built and deployed because the indicators give me some value if I sign something for them other than my SQL output

    (for example: if I put a string constant "Hello" on indicator "valor" I get "Hello" when calling the web service VI)

    I suppose that the database connectivity kit is not supported when a VI is integrated with a web service VI. In my case, kit screws are inside the subVIs 'start', 'exec 2d' and 'stop' showed in the picture as an attachment.

    Any idea?

    Thank you

    Marcelo

    I'm using LabVIEW 2001 Wesley, but I solved my problem.

    It was just a MySQL data source problem: I just had to add my info DB through C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe.

  • Changing MySQL to Microsoft SQL

    How is it difficult to pass MySQL integrated into Microsoft SQL? Would it not easier to uninstall and reinstall the whole product? At this point, I'm in the early stages of the learning/test and it would be so no big deal.

    Hello tkutil,
    There is no way of migration of MYSQL embedded to DB in Microsoft SQL Server. You will need to do a fresh install.

  • MySQL to Oracle using LKM SQL to Oracle, poor performance

    Hello

    I'm on the underside of technology.

    I'm try to use ODI to import data from MySQL to Oracle using the LKM SQL to Oracle, it works well for small amounts of documents but once volumes go higher it performs very badly.

    I'm replacing an integration of existing HS dblink to 44 seconds and ODI is 9 minutes.

    The MySQL and Oracle DB are on the same host with an autonomous ODI agent on the same host.

    MySQL 5.6.21

    Oracle 11.2.0.4

    Oracle Data Integrator 12.1.3

    I may try a different approach to dumping the MySQL table to a flat file and import from external table or sqlldr but y at - it a way to make the LKM SQL for Oracle perform better?

    Hello

    This problem has been resolved.

    I was setting the table sizes in batches on the data source server, after you set the values on the target data server is it now works as expected.

    Using a value of 5,000 for the two tables has reduced the operating time of 9 minutes to about 40 seconds.

  • Mapping of data integrator

    Hello friends,

    I recently started learning ODI 11 g. I'm actually map the data from the MySql table that have columns of type decimal to oracle table with number format but Integrator showing exclamation on target columns. The process terminates without error, but it inserts all the data. Help, please.

    I downloaded the screenshot here.

    Thanks and greetings

    Mohamed Ahmed

    Hello

    If you have numbers to decimals on the Oracle side, there should be no problem.

    The warning is probably because the logical length is not correctly set on the columns of data store Oracle in ODI.

    I think that you need to map all your columns to make the interface work properly. If it still works with a status of success and it is not data in the target, check the steps ending with warning as well.

    If flow control is enabled, check that the lines are not all placed in an error table.

  • import of physical node of mySQL DRBD in ESXi

    I had quite a ride of roller coaster, import a couple of db servers.  I knew they were in failover configuration, but I thought wrongly that DRBD had not been used, or has been moved away from.  The reason why I thought that it is, stop mySQL on the primary, he converted and still saw a (very small) database file in the directory of data files.  It wasn't until I fired once again the physical servers that I saw the DRBD partition mount!

    Anyway, I don't really need to keep HA/DRBD passes at the OS level.  Is there guidance to get rid of it?  On the other hand, I don't want to commit too much work or now, I get that this migrated (and 40 other machines) fairly quickly!

    I think I might just chance leaving the current heart rate of execution, with mysql active, but these are InnoDB tables, so I think that if there is no incompatibility, he will have a major impact.

    If not, then how can I do?  If I stop mysql again, until I manually mount the DRBD partition somewhere, then converter will pick up and copy data, right?  So I guess I could copy in/var/lib/mysql (the default directory, but also when the heart rate was mounting the drbd too - makes it quite confusing for me).

    Would that be enough?  Another thing I think by doing this?  I don't want to hire more downtime for this db Server I already have, and looking around really gave a lot (more along the lines of people who WANT to implement DRBD, import don't away or not it entirely).

    EDIT: the only other thing I'm going to do is to manually assign the IP address that was previously "floating" between nodes and run the beating of my heart, assuming that I follow the path of heartbeat to run in place.

    The other thing that I wasn't sure about is whether mysql needs to be reinstalled if the heartbeat will not start it upward.  I guess that's always the same thing, but for some reason any when I tried to start it manually, it would not allow me to connect locally to the mysql console.  I guess that was due to data bases that she was absent from the DRBD partition (although again, some base tables were always there, even in this case, I could see when I started it without integrity checks).

    I know that this whole "issue" is a bit Open ended, but since I spent so much time and need to get some rest now, I tried to put all my details, just in case where someone has had this EXACT experience!  If this isn't the case, I'll update this after trying different ways to accomplish something viable.

    OK, so I was able to get it done easily once I realized all the pieces that are underway:

    1 stop the heartbeat service

    2. stop mysql

    3 stop drbd (permanently, using chkconfig - no need for it to autostart)

    4. establish an interface alias to serve the "floating" IP on the appropriate NETWORK card

    5. install the unit (to find first using fdisk - l) where mysql has been searching its data (in this case, "/ var/lib/mysql ')

    6. check data are visible here (I also tried to launch mysql first to see if it worked without drbd and heartbeat involved and as expected, he did)

    7 convert!

    Sucks, I had to go through two conversions that 'successful' but were not viable, but in the end, it is not difficult.  Just was not thought to check the partition/disk drbd.  Part of my checklist before the migration is to check for frames, but due to the simple fact that I stop mysql first, I missed the first time around and he didn't find out until two attempts later!  Hope someone saves some time.

  • Integration with JMS GoldenGate

    Hello

    I have GG test bed good for a continuous replication work below:

    -OS: Windows XP (local PC)

    -DB: Oracle XE 11.2

    -GG: 11.2

    -Source and target are on the same host database

    Now, I'm trying to send the modified data as messages to Oracle Weblogic Server and then the same eat later.

    Read some articles and its suggested to install 'OGG Java adapter package', but I am unable to find the same online.

    Could someone help me and give me some advice on

    -Where to download 'OGG Java Card package.' of

    -Installation and configuration of the steps to activate the JMS integration.

    Thank you much for the help...

    For GoldenGate Software (for the implementation of data capture & replication) is OTN. GoldenGate adapters (a single download containing the file flat writer & Java (and JMS) adapter) are only on delivery, with updates posted on the support site. It is important that you are running with the latest patches ("patches" on the support site are complete distributions; there is no need to download first delivery and manually apply the "patch". To use the latest maps GG (Java and/or file-writer), just download the patched from the support site version)

    To download the maps GoldenGate delivery (see below to get the latest versions on support site):

    • go to https://edelivery.oracle.com (accept agreements & continue),
    • Select 'Pack produced': "Oracle Fusion Middleware" and "Platform" (e.g..,.) Linux x86_64)-online 'Go '.
    • Follow the link for 'Oracle GoldenGate to Oracle v11.2.1 Media Pack for Linux x 86-64'
    • Download 'Oracle GoldenGate maps V11.2.1.0.0 on Linux x 86-64 for OGG v11.2.1'
      • Oracle GoldenGate adapters v11.2.1 includes:

        • the Java adapter (JMS consumer & producer, Java API user-exit) and flat file generator.
        • a ' generic ' GoldenGate (not database library dependencies, so it can run on a host without a database installed libraries).
      • to install, unzip the archive, 'ggsci' and with ' create sub directories "(that's all)
      • another version of GoldenGate (e.g. GG for MySQL) or GG for Oracle can perform user-output adapters, as long as the same version is used (same "major.minor"); for example, GG for Oracle 11.2 can run GG adapters 11.2. The JMS capture should run in the supplied "generic" version of GoldenGate.

    To download GoldenGate from the support site:

    • go to https://support.oracle.com and login
    • go to "Patches and updates"
    • Click on 'Product or a family (Advanced)' and the following fields:
      • 'Product' is => (start typing "GoldenG... ") => Oracle GoldenGate Application adapters
      • "The release is" => GGATEADP 11.2.1.0 (or higher)
      • "The platform is" => possibly select "Linux x86_64", etc. Or uncheck this line by pressing the sign less '-' symbol
      • Click on "search".
    • Download the largest number of patch, or the latest patch to release date

    The documentation is OTN : Oracle GoldenGate Documentation Library (11.2)

  • bootstrap + mysql + php: a robust solution for an educational dashboard?

    Hello. We're just starting to work on a dashboard for educational purposes. We need to show progress data tables m, notes etc...

    A bit like the following tables:

    http://www.Dreambox.com/district-reports

    We downloaded a model based on bootstrap. It's all pretty easy except for the integration of data. Before we used flash datagrids and sought also to flex components that are very easy to use. The questions are:

    1 can we get the same plug-in 'power' for our grids of data/tables of data "ready made" bootstrap ins.

    2. in order to reproduce the datadrid in flash we use in bootstrap - ajax datatable or a j query plug in.

    3. how connect us the mysql, php + datagrid. It would be very similar to an AS3, php + mysql solution?

    Basically, is "bootstrap" html5 + CSS a strong and viable solution to the production of an education dashboard.

    I use the term plugin because I do not think that you call components or widgets.

    You should also know that it will be on a company level and there should be about 10,000 active users - not at the same time of course. We will hire a freelancer or part tim staff to implement and maintain, but we need to know what way to go first.

    Big enough questions maybe, just trying to find my way and a study on what I'm supposed to study on the spot. I'm on Lynda.com, which is OK, but I need the guy creating these things to give me advice and point us in the right direction.

    Congratulations in advance.

    Basically, is "bootstrap" html5 + CSS a strong and viable solution to the production of an education dashboard.

    Hello

    Much depends on your knowledge of html, css, php, MySQL, and exactly what are the requirements are for the dashboard.

    Bootstap I always found more trouble than it should be, as the code is extremely swollen, and he's trying to cover all the bases without excelling in any one.

    That said, the data tables that you mention are very easy to implement using html, as the data tables have been a part of the original purpose of web pages, so the inclusion and the manipulation of these data using css and javascript is well documented, as well as the use of php/mysql "get/update / delete / include ' data (no different to using php/mysql in flash for the databases).

    Without a lot more information. about requirements, a detailed assessment is not possible. This position would also beyond the normal for this and most of the forums. However if you have any specific questions on implementation using Dw, I'm sure many on this forum would be willing to help.

  • Photos Android to mysql

    How do I leave my android application user take a picture and saved it so I can download it to mysql database?

    Hi Gh - Afg,

    You cannot write to data bases MySQL without object 'server '.

    Flash must communicate the image of an object of (cfm, php) server and then the server page/object must write in mySQL.

    For example:

    http://www.ActionScript.org/resources/articles/53/1/integrating-Flash-and-MySQL/Page1.html

    In my view, there are other technologies (Ajax) that allow you to download things on a database directly through the client, but they are not based on Actionscript, rather on the javascript (and they are not as easy as many would think Let us)

  • [Problem] Get data (MySQL + PHP Zend AMF) Data/Services

    Hello

    IM using Zend AMF PHP in Flash Builder 4 to access a MySQL database.

    I have a few methods in php automatically generated by Zend AMF.

    My methods is to manipulate a chart of accounts.

    A method to get all the accounts etc...

    I put the getAllAccounts method data in a datagrid.

    But Im making a login system and I have a method with a parameter: getAccountByName ($name)

    I need to know, how I can put this method in the AC code example...

    I need to know if already, there is an account with 'X' name and for that, I need to run getAccountByName.

    Someone help me?

    Thank you

    Renan.

    I don't know if you use the built-in tools of FB4 to hang your services or write your ActionScript by hand, but one approach is to use a RemoteObject and a CallResponder.  (If you use the built-in tools, you can probably tap into the existing remote object that was generated by FB and simply create a new CallResponder).

    If you are coding by hand, it would be something like:

    var tempRemoteObject:RemoteObject = new RemoteObject;

    tempRemoteObject.source ("THE NAME OF YOUR PHP SERVICE');

    I guess you already have your xml services configuration file up

    var tempCallResponder:CallResponder = new CallResponder();

    tempCallResponder.addEventListener (ResultEvent.Result, allAccountsLoaded);

    then call your php through your remote object method and assign it to your answering machine call

    tempCallResponder.token = tempRemoteObject. getAccountByName("X");

    private void allAccountsLoaded(event:ResultEvent):void {}

    here your data returned through "event.result";

    }

    Thus, for example, if you had a user login text entry components named 'userLoginTxt' and 'passwordTxt' with a 'login' button it would be something like:

    private function login (): void {}

    tempCallResponder.token = tempRemoteObject. getAccountByName (userLoginTxt.text, passwordTxt.text);

    }

    who calls your method of php and send your two settings (userLogin and password), which of course runs the query on the database and returns a result.

    There is probably an easier way to do using the tools integrated to FB, but I usually manually code a bunch of stuff.  in any case, it's a way to call/send data to your service.

  • How is PDF link to MySQL database - it done?

    How can I link the data entered in a PDF form dynamic to reside in a MySQL database. I do not seem able to make a connection.

    Here are the steps that follow:

    Mandatory / new login / name: testdata; Description: database OLEDB / Connection String: build: SQL Native Client / Source of data: location of the database SQL (.mwb); Connect to the server: localhost

    But when I test the connection I get an initialization error and the connection times out.

    So my question is: How do you connect the PDF fields in a MySQL database? and what I am doing wrong? Is this a feasible process to bind also the boxes to check and other areas to a database? How you would bind the data dynamically - say if I choose a certain area in a menu drop down, certain other fields will fill through the database?

    Thanks again for all the help and insight.

    Shai

    PS I have attached a sample form (not yet completely integrated to accept some data) and a database of MySQL example (no data on the inside).

    A number of things before you go this route.

    1. you will need to load the driver ODBC for MySQL on your machine and each machine that will want to use this form.

    2. next, you need a DSN that creates the link between the MySQL DB table and your form.

    3. If you use Acrobat to run the form, then you can proceed. If you are using the drive it does not support DB connections free player expand the document using LiveCycle Reader Extensions Server.

    Have you met all these criteria?
