  Since the installation of IE9, I can no longer use the Adobe PDF print driver to get a PDF version of the pages: I get all text jammed in the pages converted IE9, on screen and on paper.   If I copy a block of text truncated Acrobat page and paste it into Notepad, the text seems to be normal.

• Intermittent blurred text

  I'm developing an application of webworks using angular UI and Bootstrap. Recently, some parts of my application appear with blurry text when the first load of the screen. When the user touches the screen no matter where the text magically becomes clear. The blurry text does not always appear when the screen loads only sometimes. The strange thing is the text is not blurred in the body of my application and the title of the app remains clear.

  I did some research and didn't find all the answers, but I noticed that the angular demo mobile page (http://mobileangularui.com/demo/#/) had the same problem as my application. When you open the menu on the left and hold on one of the menu a little items, you will see that the text becomes Blur/Blur. Now, in my application, this happens even when the user does not have his finger on the menu item.

  I'm not an experienced Photoshop user.

  I noticed a new problem that I have not had before.  I am trying to enter 2 lines of text, I add the first line and press on enter, add the second line, but it goes under the original 1/3 down so neither text is clear.  I'm sure that I have not changed the settings that I don't use it that much.

  I tried searching the forum and google, but I can't find the problem.

  Any help please.

  This is the line spacing or leading.

  Select all of the text and change line spacing automatic, or a number larger than the size.

  

  When the leading value is less than the size, you will see the question as you have described.

  I thought immediately that a plugin/addon to the culprit. So I reset Firefox (Firefox coming stock) and tried the same webpage (plain Firefox here) and got the same result!

  So I tried to run in Mode safe and all of a sudden, everything seemed ok. Then I tried standard mode (still plain vanilla) and yet again got the problem. So I guess that something is wrong with the default configurations in Firefox. Since then, I reinstalled a few plugins while Googling for a solution. No idea how to fix this?

  Try disabling Direct2D by setting the pref gfx.direct2d.disabled true on the subject: config page and leave hardware acceleration enabled otherwise.

  You can try to create a new Boolean pref on the topic: config page and set its value to true

  This way you still have the advantage of hardware acceleration, but can not suffer rendering problems.

• My MacBook has two K'note 5.1.1 (1034) and 6.6.1 (2560). When I save a file of 5.1.1 or "export to 09' 6.6.1 for a USB key and opened it on my iMac with K 5.0.3 (791), the photos are fine but the text is garbled." Any help, please?

  These Keynote files have been created on an iMac with Keynote 5.0.3 some on the current machine. On trying to reopen now, after the transfer to the MacBook and back again (while resuming the current iMac to El Capitan for OS X 10.6.8), text in a title on each slide area opens properly, but text in other boxes, some with bulleted lists, has each character replaced with a small rectangular box containing the letter 'A '. with these boxes tightly overlap.

  More info: I found out that this problem only occurs with text in Helvetica Neue. If I select the truncated text and change the font, the text appears correctly in the new font. I tried to install a new copy of Helvetica Neue in the font book and turning off the old, but it makes no difference. Each copy of Helvetica Neue works perfectly fine in other applications. It is more and more a puzzle!

  Thank you for showing your interest in the HP Forums! I see that you have problems printing of envelopes, they come out with truncated text. I want to help you.

  Here is a document to double check all the parameters of the print driver when printing envelopes (OS X).

  I checked the website and couldn't find the Full CV drivers for this model featured with 10.11. We can check to see what drivers are installed for the printer.

  Click on the Apple menu, click System Preferences.

  Click on Printers & Scanners, highlight the name of the printer on the left side and right side of the screen it should show the name of the printer. (Laserjet M252dw)

  If the full name of the printer is not correctly, delete and add the printer name back from the list. Click on the sign - to remove the driver and then click on the + sign to add the driver might have to drop-down list to select the name of the printer to add a click.

  

  

  Let me know how was the name of the printer.

  You will have to perhaps download and install the HP v3.0 for OS X printer drivers.

  Can you print correctly from other applications?

  What application you use to print envelopes?

  Or do you think they are encrypted because when you have them open in WordPad or Notepad - they resemble characters and truncated text?

  What version of Microsoft Office Word (not WordPad, Notepad...) you have installed that you are trying to open with?

  What is the extension of the files (.doc or .docx) file?

  Are you saving them on your local machine - such as your desktop - your email first?
