• Satellite A215-S4747 (internal and external) microphone does not work

  I write about my wife by Satellite A215-S4747 running Windows XP.
  A few months ago as the built-in microphone and external microphone has stopped working.

  This made me think it was a driver problem, although no issue in
  Control Panel > sounds and Audio devices > equipment for all drivers.

  I went through the Troubleshooting Wizard, but that did not help.
  I went and downloaded drivers RealTek HD Audio (R2.67), but that didn't fix it.

  Sound works. Right? Well well, in that case I n t think that it is an audio driver problem.

  First of all, I think you should check some basic settings.
  (1) mic device.
  Go to the control panel-> sounds and Audio-> Audio-> sound recording devices
  Here you check if device right microphone has been selected

  (2) mic volume
  Go to the control panel-> sounds and Audio devices-> Audio-> audio-> Volume
  Here you check if the volume is at max level
  Additional button Advanced should be available at the bottom of the mic volume control click that it and check if the mic push in checked.

  Have you installed some tools or software which may affect (disabled) the microphone?

  Right click on the small speaker in the bottom right of the screen system tray or oytherwise open the Volume mixer. Check the setting for each of the sliders 'Equalizer '.

• Hyperlinks - different settings for internal and external links?

  I was wondering if it is possible to change the "Open link in a new window or tab" for individual links?

  I'm linking to some sites of clients, and for all this, I want the links to open in a new window/tab so that my site remains active behind.

  I then several links that are in the anchorages and pages within my site - for the latter, I want they will open in the same window, so the user can use the back buttons and not end up with a ton of windows/tabs open at the same time.

  You can change the option "Open link in a new window or tab" for individual links.

  You must select the links individually, and then make the changes.

  I actionscripted some custom flash buttons with the getURL ("www..."), and they work when I preview them IN flash. When I publish, however and open the .swf file, I get a warning when I click it say something about security issues and the link never opens (or even attempted to).   If they are coded correctly in flash and imported in Dreamweaver it should work fine and most people have installed Flash Player on their machine. I think that people without the player will automatically be asked to download a free version of Flash Player, if they don't have. It has worked for me a couple of times and it's nice to have "fancy" animated buttons too!

  First compile the subprojects. Then go to the main project and use the 'New merged project' icon in the toolbar TOC to import the subproject. CMH file in the main project. They will be stored in the parent directory of the main project.

  Then click on the option "Insert Hyperlink" in the toolbar and select the option "link to the Remote section. Select the subprojects imported into the directory parent of the main project and link to the necessary topics in people.
