My D255E an Aspire don't look for a printer connected to the USB port.  I've never used a printer on this computer before.  Windows 7 Starter will support a printer?

It should be.  Try these steps and results reports:

When you turn on and connect the printer via USB, shows tasks for animation in the system tray at the right end of the bar, click it and monitor driver installation.  If the pilot goes then printer must print and perhaps scanning of base via the Windows fax and scanning utility.  To find such a piece of utility type its name in the search box.

If the driver does not load type of devices and printers in the box to start the search, open it, check if printer is already displayed, right-click on it to open the properties, and try to print a Test page. If it does not print right click on printer again to solve problems.

If the printer is not listed visit Support downloads of the printer Web page to download and install the base driver.  If a wireless printer, you will need the complete package to do it fully implemented.  If you want to be able to scan from the top of the printer to the PC, then you also need the full package.  Keep track of the configuration screens when you install the software.

If you still have problems after return the exact error with photos if possible.

When I start Microsoft Internet Backgammon he connects to the server and then he hangs up when "looking for other players. Just before that, I was playing asset stings on the Internet and I pushed a player and shortly after I was "disconnected". I don't have the error code. I then launched Microsoft Internet Backgammon and that's where problems began. I tried to turn on/off (uninstalling and reinstalling) this feature of Windows. I checked that my internet speed is enough (more than 56 Kbps, mine was 54 Mbit/s). I tried to renew my IP address. I even tried a system restore to an earlier time. Nothing seems to work. • Problem with Internet access: local only for wireless in Vista

Help, please.  I have a Dell laptop and a Dell desktop computer.  The other day, I pressed WPS on my router Netgear wireless, and since then, my desktop computer (Windows Vista Home Premium SP2) was not able to connect to the Internet.  The office is connected to my router.  My Dell (Win 7 Pro) laptop is able to connect wirelessly to the router and Internet.

    That's what I tried:
    (1) I bought a new wireless router Netgear WNDR4500
    (2) I bought a cutting mini USB wifi adapter for the desktop.  Install the driver.
    (3) reset winsock, ipv4, ipv6, dns
    -netsh int ip reset reset.log
    -netsh winsock reset catalog
    ipconfig/flushdns
    (4) order McAfee firewall
    (5) restarted several times
    (6) persons with disabilities wired and wireless enabled - I get signal green/fort
    (7) off active and wired wireless
None of the above seem to work.  I keep getting 'Access to local only' on both cables and wireless.  When I ping yahoo.com, I get no response.
My laptop, however, works very well in the connection to the wireless router and also to the Internet.
Anything else I can try?  Help, please!

  • Support: You are looking for an audio connection PC (TV: 32W2333)

    Hello

I just bought a 32W2333 LED TV and I tried to connect my computer.

I need to do with a monitor cable PC and I bougth the TV because I saw there a slot of PC connection (RGB/PC connector at the rear of the TV).

But I was unable to find the sound input for this connection slot. The TV can receive the signal from the PC and view the screen of the PC at the same time?

    Thank you.

    Javier.

I also recommend the HDMI connection since the port/cable HDMI provides audio and video signals, allowing you to enjoy audio and music through the TV speakers.

  • No Internet access after restart on Windows 7

    Hey,.

I have a HP Pavilion Dv6 with an Atheros AR9285 wifi adapter and it originally had windows vista installed. I just upgraded to windows 7 is a complete and the first format was fine, I could connect to the internet. After restarting my computer, I started to have problems of WiFi, it says I am connected to my router, but the network is unknown and there is no internet access. I am able to connect to the internet on the same router using my phone, my samsung laptop and none of my roommates have had this problem.

After much research on google and search through discussions, I found that a lot of people have had this problem, but none of their solution worked for me.

    That's what I tried:

    • I have uninstalled and reinstalled my network card
    • I've disabled Hello, then went as far as uninstalling itunes
    • I have reset the TCP/IP stack
    • I do not have Metacaff
    • I don't have the service # Id_string (bunch of numbers)
    • I put my default gateway at the same address as my samsung that connects to the internet
    • I put my IP as shown in the following solution addresses

IP address of 192.168.1.65 (does not etre.65)

    Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Default gateway: listed on the bottom of your router's default IP address (for me: 192.168.1.254)

    -Click OK

I does not require a reboot, you may need to.

Nothing seems to work, so any ideas would be much appreciated!

  • My computer always seeks a wired connection, even if I don't have a dial-up or ethernet connection.

When I want to connect to a public wireless network, I often have a cannot display page opinions, with the ability to diagnose connection problems.  When I followed these instructions, he still thinks that it connects to a wired connection.  My computer does not have even a modem.  Is there a way to set the default connection to a wireless connection?

    Hi DAWickR,

Thanks for posting. What exact error that appeared leading you to believe that it is looking for a wired connection? There is no way to set a default network connection, but disabling the wired network adapter is fairly easy.

    To do this:

    1. click on the Start button.
2 click on icon from your desktop and select Explorer.
    3. in the window on the left side, right-click my network places , and then select Properties.
    4. here, you should see your wireless and wired network adapters.
    5. right-click the wired adapter and select disable.
    6. to activate the card again, click on the same card and select enable.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
