We have Web site response problems using an iPhone 6s using mobile Safari on iOS 10 - questions that do not exist with other mobile browsers such as Chrome.

Navigation menus don't work; Homepage slider images don't appear; nothing happens on the iPhone's smaller screen.  Whereas, using Chrome on the iPhone, the site is working optimally. The site performs optimally using Safari on our iPad 2, MBA and MBP but not on the iPhone.

Previous iterations of iOS 9 were not demonstrating these aberrations when using mobile Safari on the iPhone.    We contacted the developer of model so that they are aware of this problem.

The issue has proved to be blockers in Safari.  Disable "Umbra" in settings > > Safari > > content blockers solved the problem.

  • iOS 10 in Safari keyboard problem

Since the update to iOS 10, keyboard on my iPad 2 Air does not work in any web form on Safari, but works very well using Dolphin. I can normally type in the bar URL, but on any page in Safari, where I need to fill out forms the keyboard flashes off and on again with every letter I type. If type to a 'normal' speed, I'll hit the page and lose the keyboard (because I hit while the keyboard has flashed off), so I have to type slowly as a letter every second. I rebooted a couple of times and I always have this problem. Someone else?

  • Update iOS 10 causes Safari does not correctly render the pages

Since the 10 iOS update, my mini iPad 4 ceased at random pages made with Safari. It's not specific to one Web site. If I close the tab and try again it works sometimes.

Symptoms is a page partially loads, but without images, backgrounds, colors, etc.  I do web development and it seems that CSS is not be responsible. I have reset my browser, but the problem persists.  Is this a known issue?

You can try in settings > Safari > clean history and data from Safari.

I hope that it might help to solve your problem.

  • iOS 9.3 - Safari/Mail freezes after clicking links on iPhone 6s

    Hello

Never had any problems with my iPhone 6. Just upgraded to iOS 9.3 without any problem. After the upgrade, I can't click on links when you search something on Google in Safari or by clicking on a link in the E-mail, the apps just freeze.

I tried to wipe data/cache of Safari history, close all applications and restart the phone (ordinary and now the two key power-house), by disabling form of all sorts of settings settings of Safari, but no luck... Anyone with an idea how to sort?

I have the same problem with Safari, mail and messages. The links work with the app gmail links work in Chrome, but only with a long click to get the option to open in a new tab. It seems that this already happened with 9.2.1 but I couldn't find an answer that solved the problem. I don't think that has begun until 24 hours after the update. iPhone 6 s + 128 GB 9.3.

  • iOS malware? -Safari diverted

iPad WiFi, Air, iOS 8.4.1. Safari froze just, with this message in the middle of the page:

Surrounded by a gray shading (as shown), which covers the entire screen. There are five tabs open in Safari; This message took of one of them, kazeo.com of a page replacement. Its own url appears in the address field (facebook.com - winning.me) and the tab says "Congratulations!" Not clear if the Wunderground site has been hacked or what; But anyway, Safari is frozen: cannot close this tab can not choose any other, can only leave Safari of the maneuver of the app. And when I reopen it Safari, it's like that again. Don't think I want to tap on OK; So what to do? Tried to reset the iPad, but when I have opened Safari, it was back. I've seen similar things on my MacBook, which seem to be a kind of feat JavaScript function-related "reopen all windows when you restart Safari", but did not know how to deal in the iOS, because his bowels are closed to the user.

So, I was working on this post when I got an idea. I went to settings: Safari and tapped "clear history and data from the Web site. Open Safari: fixed. I guess I'll have to go back into a pile of passwords and other things, but it seems that I thought about it in any case. So I thought I would go ahead and after to warn other users to this potential problem into a solution.

This happens a lot. The iOS is not hacked, it is a malicious ad on a page. What you have done is the fix recommended for any time, that the browser is taken hostage by a malicious advertising

  • CWA IOS Redirect - ISE - Safari

I don't think I can be the only one with this problem, not when I have it on two sites and with the original installs is done by different people.

Is anyone having problems with Safari correctly redirected to ISE CWA by redirect IOS?

I have this problem on 3750 X for wireline customers and a NGWC 3850 for wireless clients.  What makes this unique is that the only thing similar to this deployment is the MacBook running with Safari.

My diagnosis seems to point to a problem with Safari not to like the redirection based on the certificate of switch (3850, 3750 X).  Firefox and Chrome, that both work fine on the test MacBook.  I am unable to find anything in the Bugtoolkit on this subject.

If you use Safari on Cisco for CWA switch is not supported, please provide a link to the Cisco document detailing it.

Safari is not a browser supported for the web portal ISE admin (see http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ise/1.2/compatibility/ise_sdt.html#wp113932). Please use Firefox ESR http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all.html

It is a known problem being addressed in point 1.3 of the ISE:

CSCty87291 admin web queries id cert when passwd auth only but it's trusted

  • How can I set up an automatic connection with the captive portals on iOS?

My public library has a system called Wi - Fi Spot, which requires that employers use their library card number and pin code to connect. They enter this information the first time they connect, and expect that the BONE will retain this information for the next time, they connect. This isn't. I understand that this WiFi configuration uses what is called a captive portal as a front end of connection. My question is, how do I configure the operating system to maintain login information?

You have activated and completed Autofill? Settings > safari > AutoFill >

How about you try settings > safari > passwords and by adding an entry for the portal. Assuming of course he has a static URL.

If you read this manual for iOS Apple's Safari, it seems that Safari will respond to an offer/suggestion by a Web site, but does not have to remember a username or password otherwise. I guess the "when prompted" is a reaction of Safari to a website, not the other way around.

I also would not assume that their portal invites you to register a user name. As I understand it in web programming, it is not a given.

FWIW, my library has a similar sign in the program installation, but with their check boxes to remember my user name and PIN code. He worked for 4 weeks and then resets. When asked, they say it's a safety thing.
