  • 10.2 exasperating IOS - cannot get rid of lock screen notifications or phone calls end

    Hi all

I hate the new update!  Mainly due to the following question: my lock screen insists to show me the notifications I don't want - next Up, showing what I then in my diary, the Siri app suggestions and news.  I thought it would be simple to disable in the settings, BUT it does not work!  In my settings, news notifications are turned off completely, but still they appear (and Yes, I tried turning market!)  I have no interest in the next place, and cannot turn off anyone.  The Siri is ok - little useful and the same as what was there.

The other issue particularly infuriating is that the block of additional notifications to the wide space on the phone's screen and I can't see what I'm doing.  In particular, if I'm on a call for long enough for the kick lock screen, for me to put an end to the appeal that I need move these notifications in the way that, slide or press the home button, which takes time. I do not understand why this is happening - surely if you are on a call the lock screen shouldn't come?

So 2 questions: 1. How can I remove the undesirable elements of the lock screen and 2. How can I prevent the lock screen suddenly to avoid end me a call

    Thank you very much!

Let's first answer the simple question:

This is not correct.  To complete a call, you can simply press the sleep/wake button!

Regarding then until the next, etc...

Simply scroll to the bottom of the screen (that starts with 'To the top next' and click on change it.)  Then, you can move or delete what you want.

  • Bug: iOS 10, Siri invades even lock screen with power off

iOS 10, Siri invades even lock screen with power off

Since the upgrade to iOS 10 (iPhone 5 s) siri appears when I forgetting to unlock my phone because I'm not used to this way to unlock yet. But siri on lock screen is disabled in the settings. I can close siri all together, but I don't consider it as an option.

Is this a bug in the iOS 10 or did I miss something?

    Hello nick_ve,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I see that since you have upgraded to iOS 10, Siri starts each time you try to unlock your iPhone and Siri on the lock screen is disabled in the settings. I completely understand, because when I upgraded, it took me a few tries to get adjusted to unlock with the Home key. I'm more than happy to help you with this.

Press the Home button on your iPhone 5s once unlocks the screen, and freezes for more than one second will activate Siri. It is good to keep this in mind when you unlock your iPhone.

There is also an alternative solution I would like to share with you. You can disable this option in settings > general > accessibility > Home button. Turn the finger remains open. You can unlock the iPhone with Touch ID without having to press the Home button.

    Have a wonderful day!

  • Since recent iOS updated my 6s lights (lock screen) when moving or touching the screen

Incredibly annoying and battery draining experience that only began just after I updated the iOS

The lock screen lights up constantly, even when I'm not in contact with one of the buttons (I'm still not near the Home button).

I have since disabled touch 3D , but it still happens.

Try a forced reboot. No data is affected by this. To force the reboot your device, press and hold the two buttons of sleep/wake and home for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

  • BlackBerry 10 lock screen Notifications

I use a Blackberry "BOLD" on BB 10 OS (10.3.2.2836) and have the following problem... I don't want to get notifications on my screen lock... no messages to display a preview, no icon informing me of a new message. I just want to see my messages by going to the application or the Blackberry hub.

Under settings, I already turned off notifications... also on some applications that all notifications have been disabled, and I have also disabled all notifications in the settings of the lock screen. I restarted my phone and there's always some icons mail, Linked In, Whatsapp, demonstrating the existence of a new message.

Is there anything to make them disappear... it is really annoying that I can't get rid of him.

    Help, please...

    Thank you

    Mario

Ok thank you. The way I understand it, is that you can control how these icons (for example, to view a list of new things, or do nothing), but you cannot remove them from the display on the lock screen. In the configuration you describe, all they do is you say there is something new in these applications... but with the locked screen, there is no way to see more details.

    It's just how it works.

  • 'Lost' lock screen Notifications

It's my fault, I know, but my iPhone (SE) opening with a fingerprint is very convenient. However, I used to press the button of the homescreen with a registered finger to turn it on. It works fine but recently, several times I saw a past notification flash, far too fast for me to see that the app is much less read it! Is it possible to get these notifications to see whether they are important?

Yes, you should be able to see them in the notification Center. See here for more information: Use of Notifications on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch - Apple Support

  • Unable to respond to Notifications Messages to lock screen

    Hi all

After the upgrade to iOS 10 I'm more able to respond to messages either, it is SMS/Imessage, Whatsap or Viber to lock screen notifications. I don't know if one of you has encountered this problem, if so, then please let me know if you could remedy and how or if it works on a problem experienced Apple.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you

Try to restart your iPhone by turning it and turning it on and if it does not do a forced reboot: hold the home and sleep buttons, wait for the Apple logo, release the buttons.

  • Reminders collage is more the lock screen in iOS 10

I have a set daily reminder to remember to do something at the same time every day. In iOS 9, the recall would stick to the lock screen until I scored it's over. It was good, because he made sure I had done, even if it was a number of hours later. Now that I have updated to iOS 10, I noticed that the recall is declining since the lock screen as soon as I unlock and it does not return. Is there a setting I can change to make this change to the old way?

    Hi geektranzl8r,

It seems that your reminders are not visible on your screen once it reminds you of your tasks after upgrade to IOS 10. Maybe it's because some of the parameters that have changed the default upgrade. Try to set up notification of recalls. The links below can help you get your app to reminders and notifications of locking screen set up exactly how you like it!

Use the Notifications on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

    Notifications on your lock screen

In iOS 10, you can interact with notifications on the lock screen to catch up on the news, answer messages and more without unlocking your device.
Here are a few ways in which you can view and interact with the lock screen notifications:
To view your lock screen, press the Home button or the sleep/wake. If you have an iPhone 6s or later, pick up your device to see the lock screen.
To respond to a notification, by sweeping left on it, and then tap answer. If you have an iPhone 6s or later, use can use Touch 3D. Just press the notification deeply, then answer.
To open the application to answer, drag right on the notification.

Use reminders on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

These measures should do the trick. Please use the Apple Support communities to post your question. Enjoy iOS 10.
    Good day.

  • notification message does not appear in the lock screen

    Hello world.

I've been an IOS user for about 3 years.

Before 2 weeks, I bought a compact Sony Xperia Z3.

I am trying to know the Android mobile operating system, but it is still quite difficult for me.

I hope you can answer my questions and make me one day an Android user better.

    My question is simple.

Can I have notifications in the lock screen for my messages unanswered and calls or other notifications that I missed?

I don't want to open all the time the screen lock to see who was my call without answer.

I tried all the settings, but it did not work.

If there isn't a way to do it, is there any app?

Floatify is also a good app for the lock screen notifications. I'm also new Android after 4 years with iPhones. It is difficult to get used to!

  • BlackBerry Leap Notifications on the lock screen

I have these turned off but they always appear!

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @raymartin01

If you disable lock screen Notifications, your device will always show your next appointment on calendar on the lock screen, but it will show no details, he'll just tell next event

The other icons that appear and show the number of unread notifications and emails you always appears if this setting is disabled, BUT they cannot be used to view the details.

    Does that help? Thank you!

  • Given that I have updated to ios 10 my lock screen does nothing, I can not drag what anyone, cannot click on notifications, is there a solution?

I've got the 6s and since I have updated to ios 10 my lock screen is totally unresponsive, I can't do anything, is there a solution?

First, try a soft reset, press and hold the power button / stop and the "home" button until it goes off and you have the apple logo, then let go and let start up.

  • Access to the Notification Center on the lock screen

I'm sure it's really simple, but I can't find the answer.

I have an iPhone running iOS 10 6.  If the phone is unlocked I can slide down for Notifications and swipe left to direct access to Widgets.  It's all good.  However, since the lock screen I can swipe left for the camera, or the shot to the center of control, but striking to swipe to access Notifications and Widgets does nothing.

Is there a setting somewhere that I can't find? Or is it simply not available on the iPhone 6?

    Thank you

Found!  In case anyone else wants to know...

Settings > Touch ID and password (If logical - not!) > 'allow access when it is locked' down

RE: iOS iPhone 6 s 10 how l remove or disable the slippery camera from outside the locked screen? This feature is a security and threat privacy for me.

You can not. However, I'm not sure why you think it's a privacy or security threat. The only thing that can be accessed without unlocking the phone is the camera to take pictures. No one can access your data already on the phone.
