• Problem with the ipad to connect to the internet and load

  I have an update ready to install.  Last night I went to do - could not connect to the internet - I couldn't move the cursor that runs on the internet in the settings.

  Looks like your iPad connects to internet after downloading (but not install) update of the iOS. If you have not already, I suggest to restart (or force reboot) your iPad -restart your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch.

  If your iPad always connect to the internet normally once it restarts, you can use the troubleshooting procedure in If your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch connects to a Wi-Fi network.

  Note that the likely cause here is an older version of iTunes. Since iOS 10 is still new, it is important to have the latest version of iTunes installed. Currently, it is 12.5.1, that requires OS X 10.9.5 or later version must be installed:

• How can I get my iPad to connect to my printer HP Envy100 D410a?

  I tried to implement a new wireless printer HP D410a Envy100 on my wireless network that uses a modem/router Actiontec PK 5000 DSL through my Windows 7 DELL Desktop.  First of all, it is impossible to connect via wireless even though I managed to open the printer on windows IE9 browser page.  After several re - install, I am now able to connect PC to the printer on the two connections of cable and wireless for printing and scanning.

  Now no matter what I try, my iPad 2 will not see the printer.

  Any ideas?

  Thought you might be interested to know what Qwest/century link are doing an upgrade available for my ActionTec DSL modem/wireless router 5000 PK.  It was not "pushed".    I found today on their support site and installed it

  SUCCESS!  I am now able to print directly from my iPad 2 on my printer wireless HP ENVY 100 without the help of hpePrint or print Central APP that I bought at the Apple APP store.
