• iPad losing emails on WiFi

  One of my users has an iPad for the trip, so he is using data. Looks almost whenever it connects to the airport or hotel WiFi that emails simply put back to 2 years ago, then continue to load everything up to the current date. I can't wrap my head around the issue because its 2 iPhones do not have this problem. It is also his iPad 3 with the same question. It is an exchange e-mail account.

  Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! I know how it is important the iPad load emails properly as well. There are a few troubleshooting to deal with this issue, just be sure that they e-mail on test after each step.

  First of all, they reset the network settings on the iPad by going to settings > general > Reset and tapping then reset network settings. Keep in mind that this step does not remove the personal information, however, they must reconnect to a connection Wi - Fi and VPN, so they will need to be sure they have all the parameters or passwords for connections.

  Then, ask them to remove the e-mail account and add it to the iPad. They can remove the email by going to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar and tap the e-mail account. Then click on remove account. Then restart the iPad. Once the iPad is restarted, check out this article to get the email put in place again, make sure they have the settings for the e-mail account.

• iPad Air keeps crashing and restarting

  Why my iPad Air keep crashing and restarting in Safari? I also think other applications. iOS 9.3.2 must be the culprit because it never happened so often. Any solution?

  Go to settings - Safari - clear the history and data from the Web site.

  If that doesn't work, reset your device. This will not erase your data stored on the phone.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

  Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

  My iPad initially sent and received e-mails. It receives today, but the messages are not received by the recipient.

  When you send mail, it appears in your "sent" folder? You never receive any mail from your email provider for rejected mail? What type of e-mail account you use? No message in your Outbox? Have you tried troubleshooting for this issue and if so, what?

  Do you recognize the ID Apple iPad related to? Is it one that you used before? If so, visit this page to retrieve the password of this Apple ID:

  Or did you buy the iPad used? If you bought the used iPad iPad is related to the former owners of Apple ID. You will need to get the former owner to clear the iPad to find my iPad so you can erase it and put in place as yours.

  My e-mail account has started to crash whenever I open it.  I have this set up for AOL mail only.

  I saw the other posts on this - tried to remove and reinstall the account.  Have powered off, removed the battery - no change.  This just started a few days ago.  Is there any suggestions of things to try.   Thank you.

  There is another thing that you might try.  You must clear the cache.  From the home screen, press Menu-> settings-> Applications-> manage Applications-> Menu-> filter-> all.  Now scroll down and tap send.  Now, tap clear cache.  If the problem doesn't go away then try to erase data.  This option is just above the button to clear the cache.  If you follow this path, you need to configure your accounts again.  I think that might take care of the problem for you if.  I hope this helps.

  Ive had an iPad 2 Air for less than a month, last night, it was all working well, however this morning, I opened safari, moved the cursor to the URL to which safari closed itself. I have opened, and it's the same thing. I restarted, same thing again... I tried to erase history, still the same... I managed to install Firefox so I can at least here, which works very well.

  If I'm on Safari and choose a page that I have here, it works fine, but when I try to type in the search/URL, it will stop... What the hell is happening?

  I thought about uninstalling and reinstalling safari, but I can't figure out how?

• iPad repeatedly crashing - caused by downloading movies

  I meet my 4th generation iPad's repeated crashes that seem to be caused by iTunes, downloading a movie automatically (so undemanded). There are not enough room on my iPad to download the movie, so I don't not demanding, but the iPad tries repeatedly to download the movie. I disabled automatic downloads for music, apps etc but there is no box to "TIC TAC" for movies.

  I'm at the end of my patience, my iPad becomes almost unusable due to the constant breaks down. I think I'll have to do a reset to the factory settings, but I am not convinced that it will heal. I watched the movie on my Apple TV so I can't download it!

  Since yesterday the news App on my iPhone 6 and iPad Pro (12 ") crashes.  I restarted the phone.  I have logged in and out of iTunes.  It always freezes. Any ideas why and what I can do to fix this?
