  Do you mean that the password has been verified by the email provider? Have you tried to delete the email account and add it again?

  Make sure that your print spooler service is started.

  At this point, on your computer, check the status of the print spooler service. Restart the print spooler services.

  I'm sorry about your frustrating experience. Unfortunately, Creative Sync from a mobile phone to the desktop is only compatible with CC, as Barbara indicated above. If you want to use this feature, then a subscription of the CC is your best bet.

  HP Officejet 6500. New HP ink cartridges installed successfully, no error message is displayed. Still yellow and magenta flow any color at all. Tried cleaning the sensor, does not. Not all troubleshooting on HP site referred only to 'error' messages, which I don't get.

  Have you had problems installing the printer?

  Go to control panel > printer folder

  Right-click on the printer, and then select open

  Click file > cancel all Documents
