IPad displays no service but wifi works lack of 4 G

I have a current AT & account T that I used for a few years and now my Ipad 2 says no Service. The device comes in my AT & T billing and my icloud account. After the upgrade to 9.3 all books and notes are missing as well. Help, please.

I have this same problem.  I don't have a solution, but I managed to resume service.  Try going into settings, mobile data and turn off the power.  Turn off your iPad and leave approximately one minute.  Market back and turn it back on Mobile Data.  If all goes well it starts to search and find your connection.  If that doesn't work try to remove the sim card and restart and then put back sim in when he says no Sim. The new update 9.3 put in place by Apple today does not solve this problem, and in my opinion makes it more difficult to return to your service.

    I see that your iPad is recognized by iTunes, but not by the Windows 7 system. I have three support articles that relate to your problem. The first is more relevant for the iPad being not recognized by iTunes, but also contains information for the Windows operating system.     OK, here you go Virtual Machine, let me know what you were doing with Vmware. Have you installed new operating system, and then OBIEE. Let me know what you did and how you have configured.

    Cause of your problem can be the name of the computer you use itgroup, maybe not even as virtual machine name.

    I have a laptop model Toshiba P205-56347 running Vista home premium and a lynksis WRT54G V8 router model.  The WLAN light is solid and the internet light flashes on the Linksys.  I have Comcast cable as my ISP.

    I've seen reported similar problems.  All of a sudden my wirless acess stopped working, some networks are displayed and I get the message 'windows wireless service does not work on the computer.  I am not able to restart the windows wireless.  I can't connect to the internet on the laptop.  I have a DELL PC and can access the internet here if necessary.

    In the network and Discovery Center, I see that network discovery is disabled.  I can't set it to on.

    Under system devices, I have the following network cards: Intel (r) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN and Realtek RTL8101 Family PCI - E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS6.0).

    Help, please.  I'd appreciate any help.  I need a good starting point for resolution and wouldn't start using suggestions that corrects other issues.  I design financial systems and purchase online, but I'm not a technical person with regard to updates Vista, drivers, etc..

    You can try running sfc/scannow to see if you have corrupted files. That won't be a further problem on your pc. After that, you want to make sure you have the latest drivers for your laptop, especially drivers of the NIC (network card). Go to the following link to Toshiba for your model and download those:

    A lot of people is affected by this problem, and Apple has worked on the issue.  Some found the following steps useful for this issue:

    Go to iCloud.com and select settings once you are connected.  Click on your device listed there and remove them from the account (not typing not erase or lost mode).  Restart your device and must ignore this lock of Activation screen because you actually disabled the lock by removing the device for iCloud.com

    Powercycling the modem and the router is a good idea, but you need to know how to do. There is a specific order if you have a router and a separate modem.

    1. close all PC.

    2. turn off the Modem and the router.

    3. turn on the modem only.  Wait about 2 minutes.

    4. turn on the router. Wait about 2 minutes.

    If you have a modem/router combo, then you need not step 4.

    5. start the PC and see if you can connect.
