iPhone 4S has been reset and claims has been lost or stolen? Help, please

I was in my office and my iPhone 4S started ringing/alarm. I looked at the screen and he said that the phone was stolen and to call a number which I don't remember. It stopped so I thought that nothing about this, maybe a small problem as the phone is pretty old now. However, apple logo appears with a bar from below and to my surprise, the phone had reset completely and I am now being asked to put in an email and password for the iCloud "used to erase this iPhone." I tried to use my email/pass and my dads which can be seen below.

Now, I am the second owner of this phone, which was sent to me by my father, who got the phone on contract. I don't know how to get into my phone and I feel that all my photos that I've not saved in 6 months have disappeared. How do I resolve this issue? I am convinced that the network will provide the proof that this phone is mine? Is there more information I might need to provide to untangle this mess?

Thank you for your time and I hope you can help me

Seems the iCloud account which was used to implement find my iPhone has been compromised. Have you tried to connect to iCloud.com? If you change your password immediately.
