  I have an iPhone 6 and uses iOS 9.3.2,and I recently deleted all my pictures and videos to free up space, "Manage the storage" in still however said circles I 23.4 GB of photos/videos like iTunes when I connect my iPhone to my Mac. I deleted my recently deleted folder and follow the instructions of a guy showing a year, which suggests to set my phone date about two years back and deleting the photos recently deleted the file and both of these solutions do not work. I have reset my phone (home and power button operation / stop) and also, it does not work. I don't want to wipe my phone and restore it if possible, but it's the only option I can think of next.

  Are there other solutions before I try this?

  Thanks for stopping by the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you are trying to free up space on your iPhone by deleting all the photos and videos, and you still see 23.4 GB absorbed by these files. You have already made sure to empty your recently deleted album, fix the date of return on your phone and performed a hard reset on your device. You did an excellent job so far, and I'll be happy to give you some ideas to move forward from here.

  Before diving into other troubleshooting procedures, it would be useful to ensure that you have a recent backup of your iPhone is available. This will help us ensure that all your important data is stored safely for you. Here is an article with information on how to backup your device:

  Once it is in place, I recommend you to reset the settings on your phone. This is not the impact of your personal data, but you will have to perhaps adjust the user specific settings, but also re - enter passwords and Wi - Fi networks.   You cannot create more space for everything.  All you can do is remove apps, photos and especially videos to make room for other pictures and videos.

  I use OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan on Macbook Pro with iTunes version 12.5.1 and just upgraded to iOS on iPhone 10.0.2 SE. There are 40 GB of storage available on the iPhone.

  All my photos are stored on my Mac and I always synchronize the albums selected using iTunes. Until today, I had nine albums (about 2000 pictures) synced to my phone. Just upgraded yesterday to iOS 10 and... cannot sync any additional album for my iPhone!   Do not help disable iTunes, Photos or even the iPhone and sync again. New pics added today to the former synchronized albums synchronizes all right.

  Is there a trick?  Or a problem of incompatibility between iOS 10 and iTunes 12.5.1?

  Good news!  Problem solved!

  First of all, I noticed that on my iPhone, WeChat (a good Chinese software equivalent to Facebook x WhatsAp) saw my fine albums, while the pictures couldn't!

  So weird, that I was convinced to try once more to bring my old file Photos Cache in my photo library, even if a new cache file is supposed to be created whenever iTunes syncs photos.

  For some reason, the last time I tried it did not work, but this time he did: my old cache file was now in my photo library!  I don't know what I did differently.  In any case, I sync my photos once more with iTune then open the pictures on my iPhone, half hoping to find my old nine albums back... and here they were!  Even my two additional albums were there, with all the photos inside!

  Problem solved, even though I still don't know what it was. Looking at other positions in the community in respect of 'Synchronization of Photos with iOS10', it seems that iOS10 there a problem that requires a sort of library discount at zero.  Thank you Leonie bear with me and try to reproduce the problem on your computer!  Information guide me to the solution.   How can I access my itunes?  Last year my iphone 6 has been hacked and they took my apple ID all my emails and accounts as well as itunes.  Apple.  After a lot of stress, anger and begging has replaced all 3 of my iPhone.  However they refused to give me access to my itunes back!  which is what I want most.  More than 2000 songs of hard earned money are in my itunes and since I had stage 2 Audit not one * thing I could do.  I had over the phone.  and the pirates had changed the password and got a new recovery key!  I want my music thas it.  I've lost thousands of photos that when, in the cloud and that's life, but I paid a lot of money for these precious tunes I want them!  Can anyone help?

• AppleTV is sharing all of my iPhone photos and not my album shared?

  My model A1625 AppleTV running 9.2.1 and I am logged into my iCloud account and you want to simply display the photos uploaded to an album shared with iCloud photo library, which is turned on. This shared album works really because I'm interested in it through the Photos app on my iPhone and also to access the shared album on an old AppleTV running an older operating system (not even sure what version). I have turned off sharing photos iCloud and home sharing is turned off.

  When I go into the Photos on the AppleTV (A1625) application it has options at the top, for Photos and Albums. There is no option for shared albums, and when I select all Photos or Album option at the top, it seems to be sharing EVERYTHING from my iPhone (all photos and videos).

  It is hard to tell from your description, that you have shot and where the parameters.

  You need iCloud photo sharing turned on on the Apple TV.

  If your iPhone is synchronized with iCloud photo library, you cannot import photos from your iPhone, that is to say, if your iPhone is using the option "optimize storage. Then the photos may not be on your iPhone, but only in iCloud, and the iPhone takes only smaller, optimized versions.

  If you use iCloud photo library you cannot delete pictures after the import (or) - deletions on any device will be on all devices - if storage is a question about a device set to use optimized photos

  my employer takes 4 cameras with SD cards, 1 iphone more than 6s and 45 odd customers out in January. We are trying to work on how I can access the photos they take to create photo albums custom without us catching up to directly download of SD cards on the iMac (me in the office... a few hours drive...)

  So far, they just bought the iphone 6 s more and were planning to do a SD card reader to pick up the phone and import photos. Then synchronization using "my photo stream" so that I can see the images on the desktop iMac. (also nine).

  What worries me is that my workflow has the timestamp of all the images, also the geo-tagging. Up to now I imported directly from an SD card directly on the iMac and date stamps camera are here. I'm afraid I'll lose this information via iCloud.

  Please can someone confirm what metadata are kept intact during the transfer? That is to say iphone > icoud > imac for editing and album creation?  I know about 4 000 pictures in January, so I really need them stamped and geo tagged.
