  I had a similar problem that began almost immediately after the update to my iPhone 6 more for iOS 9.3.2.  Touchscreen met intermittently. Tried several resets, sometimes on what they worked sometimes immediately, the screen remained unresponsive for hours no matter what combination of buttons I pressed.

  Thinking it was a problem of related to the 9.3.2 software upgrade, I registered try the beta version of 9.3.3.  After you have installed the beta version 9.3.3 the screen worked normally - I thought that was the end of the problem.  I was wrong - the next morning that the touchscreen was once again does not.

  Took the phone Mac (No Apple Store) store and talked with the technician.  He suggested a "re-seat" of the touch screen and the connectors.  Since my phone is under warranty I thought I had nothing to lose. Technician removed from the screen, disconnected and then re-engaged connectors 4 Ribbon (which attach the touch screen to the back plate of the phone) (they are located in the top right of the touchscreen).

  The repair took about 7 minutes to complete.  Technician of nothing.  Phone has worked perfectly since then (48 hours up to now). Theory of the technician is that the models 'plus' are particularly sensitive to slight twisting/bending of the frame due to the larger size.  Finally any decline may work loose contact causing an intermittent function of the touch screen. Looks like a plausible explanation.  The repair seems to have worked for my phone.

  Hello, my iPhone Plus 6 has been intermittent, unresponsing and glitchin. What I mean by that is sometimes the phone will work perfectly as his guess, but eventually Pépin and become insensitive as the touchscreen doesn't work at all. The glitch usually comes hand in hand, sometimes it's not, but the problem is a bit like a time see through the layer that come from the very top of the screen; Sometimes the layer will be a single line at the top or they will appear on the top to about 1/4 of the screen and disappear and do it repeatedly. The only way that I can't seem to get the touchscreen to work and the glitching stop is either by sliding my finger quickly over the phone and or press several times the button on the lock screen. I reset the phone several times including factory and it continued to do so. I even turn off turn turn it on and press the lower screen and home screen lock button to reset it and it goes back to the same thing. I don't know what to do.   I know that there are other discussions about this, but I still write most of the son seems to point to Safari as the culprit, even though I think it's more like a problem with the drivers.

  I have 21.5 "iMac OSX El Capitan 10.11.5 running end of 2012.

  I noticed randomly becomes unresponsive by slowing down quickly until all blocked programs, but the mouse cursor moves again, and the screen saver strikes after some time and I can get by moving the mouse or pressing a key on the keyboard.

  If I wait minutes (10-15 minutes usually) it becomes sensitive.

  I tried to watch the console log, but it seems that everything hangs and then everything comes back to life and nothing is written to the log in the meantime.

  My suspect is that it is either a graphic card or bluetooth issue, but certainly something wrong with some drivers because the same version of Mac OS x on a different material does not suffer from this problem.

  It becomes more obvious when you have Chrome with many tabs open and parallel with a virtual machine running at the same time.

  I tried to nail him with different tools, but because everything becomes insensitive, even diagnostic tools running on that same box are of no use because they just stop and recover as all other processes without even noticing the time gap between the two.

I'm fairly certain it's a software problem, because my iphone is impeccable and I have always used a case Ive had the phone for a while. Clear all the settings while keeping my info seems to solve the problem for a day or more. If the iOS software is the problem I can't really trust your other software that works well to keep all my important data. I realize there is no way to back up apps on iTunes more because you're trying to get people to use iclould. How about I pay you guys $0.99 per month and I would like to back up my data on my computer and purchases in less time. I am a legitimate customer and I do not need to be treated like a criminal. What is the point of upgrading hardware and software of the iPhone when your software has created a problem and it won't solve the problem without erasing all the data on my iphone. It's not really give me confidence that the things I bought are things that I have in fact or the software release you works really well. If you want people to upgrade their iPhones every year why you put through all these hassles? Can you guys just fix your software please?

  I remember reading somewhere on the Apple site in recent years on some models of Chinese iPhone with this capability. No other iPhones display this and there is no way to enable it. I can't find the article which includes this information.

  My iPhone 6 more guard suspended (gel) for the past 6 months, I have to reset the whole phone sometimes up to 2 times just to get it to work again. Been a loyal (including my entire family) custome since gen 1 iPhone, iPad, mac book. Am really disappointed with the quality now. Did not bring to the service center since the first day of the problem because I thought that was just a few bugs & was sure that apple will fix it, but after many update of iOS so far, the pesisit still problem.

  Just the iPhone Plus 7 and it worked fine for a bout 4-5 days. Then, I used Google Maps yesterday to go to a ball game. After using Google Maps, my cell service has been abandoned and continue to see 'No. Service' on my iPhone 7 more (on AT & T in the neighborhood of Manhattan NYC, so it CERTAINLY isn't the coverage area).

  Have any other products of iPhone (iPhone 6, iPhone SE) and NO of them have coverage problems. Entered the AT & T store today and they changed the SIM card this morning but the problems persist. Apart from the usual reboot, reset network, hard reset, still getting the No Service issue. From time to time I get service him can't seem to get consistent service from the new iPhone.
