iPhone 6 s Personal Hotspot does not always

My iPhone (iOS 9.2.1) Personal Hotspot 6s is completely useless and almost all the work.

At the time of the twinning with my 15 "MacBook Pro (mid-2015, OS X 10.11.3) I can usually get a connection via USB and Bluetooth PAN, but when you use the WiFi 'Personal Hotspot' or instant Hotspot, it take ages to assign an IP address, or even not at all and then constantly abandons the connection or does not work.

So far, none of the iOS updates have fixed the issue.

I tried it with an another MacBook without success. A friend (on another cellular network) is also having the same problems with his iPhone 6s.

I tried to reset settings on the iPhone, as well as setting up as a new device. I also signed in and out of the iCloud on both devices. Nothing seems to solve the problem.

My old iPhone 5s worked beautifully with the same MacBook via personal and instant Hotspot.

Someone has ideas of how to do to solve this problem?

Hello

In my case, it seems that it is interference between WiFi and Bluetooth. If I turn off bluetooth on the MacBook (after that it was used to launch the wifi on the iPhone 6 s hotspot) the wifi connection is ok.

I show it on the YouTube video link below. The phenomenon is 100% reproducible with any iPhone 6s and MacBook Pro, I tested; also on other new units on the Apple Store / / Genius Bar made with the help of Apple employees to make sure that's not me, it's something wrong. And 'yes' all standard as 'factory reset' / / reset SMC / / memory NVRAM reset has been done on my equipment.

The problem also exists if you share your hotspot with a MacBook that uses a different iCloud user, so the problem seems to be with the iCloud "peering" between the 6s iPhone and MacBook.  No problem sharing the hotspot with my iPad and Windows PC...

The problem has been reported to Apple with support case number 1047696883 on February 12, 2016 and they should come back with your comments in 4 days (he spent 8 days now).

Please check if you can do the same thing I did in the video... (You get the "Wifi Info window" while pressing the Option key, click the Wi - Fi-> "open Wireless Diagnostics menu...) ('-> Meny: window-> info)
