    Hello, TopDog16!

    Welcome to congratulations on getting a new iPhone and Apple support communities 7.  From what I see in your post, you have any questions on the stereo speakers in your new iPhone.  I would be happy to help you with that!

    Indeed, your iPhone has holes on both right and left sides on the lower edge (on each side of the connector of the Lightning).  The holes on the right are only speaker on this edge of the phone, however.  The other speaker in the pair is at the top of the phone, where the cut is, just above the screen.  Check here to see if sound comes out.

  • The VPCEA36FM speaker volume (or lack of)

    I love this laptop and I knew from reading several reviews online before I bought it which the built output of speakers left to be desired. I googled looking for a solution, but I have not found anything.

    Y at - it a driver update that may resolve this problem?

    I know the edge speakers will be limited output (like any laptop), but comparing my new Sony to other laptops, I know I should have substantially more.

    Please, do not respond by telling me to use the volume down control on the left of my system tray or go to the control panel to do essentially the same thing. I'm sure that the solution is more detailed than that.

    Thank you.

    Thank you for taking the time to answer. Could you please tell me where this subject has been discussed before. As I said I tried
    Google and I also tried searching this forum. I wish to refer to this topic in the future where a solution is found. I can't imagine I'm the only one who is disappointed by this problem.

    Thank you

  • The Sbh54 speaker volume

    Bought the Sbh54 at Christmas that I've owned the sbh52 previously and wanted an upgrade for my Z5p.
    The problem I have is that the "speaker" is not very strong in all. I rarely hear the ringing of the thing and forget about its use for hands-free because it sounds like people are whispering from across the room.

    Everyone knows this or is my defective unit?
    The sbh52 was much stronger when using the speakerphone. This seems to be let down for me.

    This is because SBH54 doesn't have this function in a voice high free hand / speaker

    It's the same for the BRH10, that has the hand free call, but you cannot use it as a mini speaker for listening to music like SBH52

    To summarize

    SBH52 = free hand + loudspeaker

    SBH54 = none

    BRH10 = hand free calls

  • Why is my speaker volume so low?

    Aspire S3-391-9606

    Windows 7HP

    Audio driver: Microsoft 'High definition' 6.1.7601.17514

    This is a great ultraportable computer, but the output volume of the built-in speakers is much too low for normal use. I am forced to use an external Bluetooth speaker, clip - on speakers or headphones.

    Output volume of my Android smartphone is by FAR stronger and clearer than the output of the computer.

    I don't need loyalty (to the music), but for the speech must have more volume with reasonable clarity.

    ??

    Drivers Realtek helped a lot.

    But I discovered that DOLBY has been disabled. I activated that and made adjustments. His is much better now, but I would like to though stronger...

    Thank you

  • iOS 10 no sound from the speaker of the ear or EarPods

    After update of iOS 10 (in 6 s iPhone and 5s) I have a problem then to make or receive calls. Most of the time it is no sound from the speaker of the ear or EarPods and I have to press the speaker during calls to listening. To get back what I have my iPhone and open it again. This seems to happen after that I used once the EarPods.

    Be aware that I have consume EarPods in 90% of my calls and iOS 9 I had no problem at all.

    Hello Billy78GR,

    Thank you for using communities of Apple Support. It is my understanding that you met the receiver and headphone audio problems after update to iOS 10. I know that it is extremely important to be able to hear others during calls. I'm happy to help you to get this resolved with you.

    First of all, I recommend you restart. This can solve many unexpected behaviours. Follow the steps below to restart.

    1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
    2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
    3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

    Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    As you use the headphones on most of your calls, I recommend checking and removal of dust or debris from the helmet. If the problem persists, please refer to the additional steps in the link below.
    If you do not hear a person, a call or a voice message or if the sound is not clear on your iPhone

  • Win XP - only allowing multimedia controls access the speaker volume

    Hi I run Windows XP and the issue I'm having is that my media controls on my keyboard control as well for my speakers in windows and the volume for my speakers of headphones. There is no option in the software SetPoint for my keyboard Logitech to make only stick to the speaker volume. Is it possible to avoid this? I'd like have essentially what I did before, my media controls only control the levels of volume for my speakers. I only use the headphones for Ventrilo and it was plug-and-play w / no driver, so there is no option so there to prevent it from appearing in the Advanced Sound options in a drop-down list. • The Smartphones blackBerry speaker volume

    Help, I have problems with my speaker volume when on the phone. I turned upward all the way, and I can barely hear the other person. The sound of the keyboard is normal when I push the buttons, but I can't hear the other person or voicemail via the speaker. The speakers work very well for the songs. Any thoughts?

    Give a soft reset to your BlackBerry by removing the battery for 30 sec. If that does not solve the problem then consider a device software reinstall or upgradation.
