This never happened before the update, and the only issue is the soft reset option (home + power buttons). It is not only located in some applications, but it seems to be all that touch.

  I know that in the update it delete the Game Center app (which personally I didn't really like that) but now when I try to play a game involving the Game Center, it said something like if please connect to Game Center or unable to connect to Game Center or something. I have even one where it shows a "connect" button, but it does nothing. I really want to be able to play these games, I used to be able to play. Of course there is no application to connect from.   After updating IOS 9.2.1 on my iPhone 6 and iPad, my Outlook on my PC does not synchronize my contacts or calendar, more.  As a matter of fact, they have completely disappeared from the PC.  The message I get is;

  I had this problem when I upgraded to the office 2016.  Mine was cured by signing on iCloud and let it remove all files etc. on your PC, and then reconnect.
