  So I'm at the end of my rope with this one... it lasts for months, and I keep revisitng every two weeks to try and fix that and every time to be completely frustrated.  I found this forum tonight, so here goes...

  We downloaded a few games on the HP Games Web site.  We download them and everything works fine.  Then, we will open the games and this pop up error message:
  "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file.  You can not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

  These games used to run fine, and I have no idea why they now have problems.  We have a Vista operating system, 1 account who is the administrator, the Parental control is disabled (or if we believe).

  If anyone can please help it would be much appreciated!  We have a monthly membership to this site of game and continue to accumulate credits, but may not use it.  It makes us crazy!

  Thank you for posting.  It seems that the program is no longer on your computer.  This can happen if the game files are deleted, but the game itself has not been uninstalled correctly.  I recommend you to download the game again to a location on your computer where you can easily find and install it.  This should fix the problem.

  Cellular data 4 G/LTE is a function of carrier.

  Contact your phone service provider to resolve the problem.

  I own a laptop and an Android, with Skype, the laptop works Skype perfectly without any problems so far, but the messaging feature in the Skype app on my phone seems to have stopped working together, as when I send a message using my phone, it appears on the screen of receptors, but not mine. Also, if someone sends a message to me using Skype, I'm also not able to post using my phone. It's quite a big drawback for me because I use Skype as one of my apps email/primary vocation and rarely get to use my laptop, so I rely on Skype my phone.

  Update: the settings of date and time of the phone have been recently a bit off, and as soon as they have been fixed my Skype messaging functionality started working too. So I can only assume that the reason was because of my time and day go wrong it somehow prevented the application of the ability to send and receive messages, or not. Whatever it is, it is fixed.

  There are three computers in the opffice, 2 have windows 7 and the other is XP. Both with windows 7 suddenly will not send emails on windows live mail. all three are on the same network. I contacted Norton to see if that was the problem and they came to the conclusion that it wasn't Norton but the ISP or Windows Server problem.   After installing day put newer operating system I can't delete my email messages by using the del from the keyboard or by using the options on the screen.  Remove screen opens upward, but the delete option is greyed out.  I am able to delete messages using select more and then delete.

  This is on a DELL computer.  I contacted DELL support and they have a bulletin on the basis of their knowledge.  The bulletin has a number of solutions for fixing this updates the BIOS including instructions, and updates the driver Intel.  For me, the update of the BIOS seems to have solved the problem.

  You can restore your phone from iTunes backup, your icloud as imessage is part of the backup.

  I am happy to report that I solved the problem.

  It was the settings on my phone that were wrong as the incorrect calendar has been selected.

  I've changed now that the calendar of the device and everything will work as before.
