IPhone does not ankle load

I have very recently (2 weeks ago) bought a new iPhone SE and yesterday when I plugged into the wall to charge he was not making the noise that he was in charge.  I tried several different Chargers and thread combinations, none of them worked.  What's really weird is that when I plug it into a PC, it charges.

Hello
