  iCloud is not configured in this way. If you are connected with the same Apple ID, photos from the two devices will be synchronized to iCloud and vice versa.

  Try to go to iCloud.com to see if the elements are there and whether the device or the computer. That should indicate if the device or computer is not synchronizing. I noticed that all my whites in my photos appear yellowish and sometimes yellow in my photos may appear to be white / or with deep shades of yellow. I had attached 2 photos I took of a white wall in my office. 1 was captured by immediate shot in the camera application, while the other was shot after the camera go off focus.
