• OFA Custom Pages frequently when the applied error fix

  We have developed a customized page oaf to download files from the system windows in a custom folder Top local. The page worked fine. But whenever any patch (patch no OAF) has been applied, the page-error message "you have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the administrator of the assistance system. When clear us the cache, sometimes the page opens. But some times, even empty the cache also does not help. Anyone has faced this question? Do you have a solution for this?

  All I have is a CO, 01:00 and a simple page with the messageFileUpload component and submit button. Here's the code in CO. Anyone has faced this problem?

  We had to bounce application service and OA Core Service to solve the problem.

• Cannot cancel the Word print job - the job status = error

  When you try to print from Word, I can't print because a previous task cannot print.  I tried to cancel the job, but the system will not delete it.

  I have sucessfully printed by e-mail since the former cannot print job, but I can't get this previous work to go.

  Here is a screenshot of the ePrint application that appears when I want to print in Word.

  

  Solved... just had to go into devices and printers, select the printer and cancel the job.

• Nightly jobs and error ORA-00054

  Today, I discovered that some of my scripts for the task has failed with error ORA-00054.
  TRUNCATE TABLE MY_SCHEMA. MV_005 STORAGE REDUCTION
  ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified
  
  This is the first time that this error occurs: all these scripts run on regular basis and using Oracle Grid Engine.
  
  (1) is it possible now to know what and how the other session was using this table?
  (2) how to avoid this error?

  Otherwise, you can create a procedure to intercept the error ORA-00054 and try again

• 6310 office all --one installs: Visual C++ run error

  Hi all:

  I just bought a new computer (Dell XPS 720), with Professional Windows 64 - Bit SP1, and I get an error when trying to install the OfficeJet 6310 All in one software (drivers and software for scanning, etc...).

  On the HP site, I found the OfficeJet 6310 all in one software, selected Windows 64-bit version and downloaded.

  When I try to install, I get:

  Runtime error!

  Program:

  C:\users\username\Appdata\local\Temp\7zS5C1E\Setup.exe

  This application has requested the execution in an unusual way.

  For more information, contact the application support team.

  Things I've tried so far:

  1 remove all the Appdata\local\temp installation folder

  2. in the setup.exe from the installation in App\data\local\temp folder, right click on the exe files and select "Run as Administrator"

  3 made a full chkdsk on C:\ (control of start time). No errors where found.

  4 downloaded the tool HP Assistant, let it detect the 6310 printer (who does) and let it download the software... same error in installation.

  Am I missing an older Visual C++ library? Or .net Framework?

• 9200c sender Digintal: job 9200c lack of follow-up

  I installed the software to send digital version 4.25.30 on a 64 bit Windows Server 2008R2. The current location of the SSD is a 2003 Server with send locations are on the new server 2008R2. I have no problem shipping jobs with the DSS on Server 2003.

  I installed the SSD without problems on the new server. However, when I send a job, I get a follow up job failure error. The details of the error is "Impossible to write the trace file. Not much information in the troubleshooting section.

  What is strange, is that locations ' send to ' are the same. He dislikes the SSD on the new server. I will try to update the firmware of the 9200 c and see if that helps.

  I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

  I would appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

  1 you made no changes to the computer, November 14?

  2 have you planned any task?

  3. your internet connection works well?

  4. you receive an error message when you start the desktop?

  5. do you have installed Apple software? If so, and if you do not use this application, you can uninstall it.

• Windows 8 printing error

  I have a J6400 printer connected wireless to my new computer with Windows 8. I am able to print correctly, but after each job, an error printing message is displayed briefly. Need help.

  Yesterday, I downloaded the HPPIW and he really seemed to clear the message window error that I am getting. In the test page printed it also only printed only one copy whereas before it would print up to 4. My next question is how to have the J6450 attached to a different router in my house. I don't have this option in the software set up. Probably will put another post.

  The Linux server, I was trying to P2V was our external DNS server. If DNS has not been working so I changed my local Win7 to google.

  Later, I changed our internal DNS to use google instead of our external as the "next hop" and I forgot to change my DNS Win7 config to use our single internal instead of google DNS.

  Now the P2V for my Win7 PC is running...

  I have 1 more question. I copied all db files, control files, and archived logs of the remote db DBTARGET but with the standby control file I could mount the db in the remote server but the dbname is always DBSOURCE instead of DBTARGET.
  
  I tried running NEST to change on the site of relief the dbname but it errored out with
  Copyright (c) 1982, 2007, Oracle. All rights reserved.

  NEST-00131: control file is not current
  
  
  Change of database name failed during validation - database is intact.
  
  Could if apply the newspaper ceased due to the DBNAME is the same on the eve of primary and physical please help

  The database must be DBSOURCE on both. It's the same data in two different roles, role PRINCIPAL and ROLE of the day BEFORE.

  Oracle, said by the DB_UNIQUE_NAME parameter.

  What I have is copy the control file before on the basis of pending data down and then copy and rename the control file that are there.

  Does make sense?

  I get the following messages on a couple of my backup jobs

  Error: There is an error in the XML (21, 88).

  and

  Error: There is an error in the XML (20, 331).

  I searched the Forum and support site and saw recommendations on globalmanifest files get corrupted, but all these articles, related to CIFS/HFS of depository shares.

  I get these errors on jobs, save them in the areas of data and cannot find any info on the exact error numbers above.

  GlobalManifest has the same structure of any type of report that you use. It is a text based with xml content file. So here is a quick check: copy the file to your local disk, edit the XML extension, open with Firefox or Chrome. If the xml structure is valid, you will see the content. Otherwise the browser will display error. Probably the same you see in store. Follow the steps in KB.
