  Hi Chris,

  I haven't worked directly on a SAA, but I think that she and the PIX 515E I am watching with anger at the present time, both run 7.0.x.

  What you're after (the app formerly PDM) is now called ASDM. I * think * the same commands will work to implement access ASDM (enable http server, etc.), but the PDM commands that appear in the config are actually 'locators' that PDM is used to reference objects.   There are now (CC2014.1) a way to open a sequence from a different project (via Media Browser) that going way to what you want.

  It opens as a sequence of 'source' with a chronology "source monitor. As you shuttle around window in the source that the chronology of the source moves, is marked etc.

  Beware that track targeting should take over on the timeline of the program, any track in the source monitor Panel selection is ignored for insert/overwrite the changes.

  Right click on a sequence in the same project and 'open in the source monitor' doesn't have the same result. (Even if you are able to 'Browse media' to your current project and open it that way... caveat emptor)

  There is no tag hidden in the adf page, but you can use af:outputText and inputText components whose visible property is set to false.

  For example, in a model with 5 or more layers, I want to use the same mask or stencil or what can hide layers 2,3 and 4 but areas layer 5 and all other possible layers below should not be affected.

  1. Before dialing the layers that you want to hide and apply a matte for the demo using the mask. Think to the Dial as an equivalent to the creation of a layer group.
  2. Use the effect on each layer you want to hide. It's easier to do if you apply mast set once and then create an animation preset to apply to the other layers. Just get mast set to do what you want it to do on the first layer, select Set Matte in ECW or in the timeline panel, and then go to the Animation > Save animation preset. Select then all other layers you want to apply the set matte to apply the preset.
  3. Put the mask at the bottom of the layers that you want to hide and turn on the switch to preserve transparency, then this group in composition with other layers of nesting.

  Here's another tip. You can set a custom color for all the layers you want to use the mast, then use the custom color for a group selection. This can make things easier down the line.

  You can do what you want, however, with a bit of custom javascript that dynamically change the class of the anchor tags away from one that mimics the style of hover. I see that Jon gave you an example of how this might work. Why is this code too?

  And Yes, you can assume that CSS does not give you an intuitive way to do what you want.
