  So this table basically will be the employe_id of the person entering data of dependents and SEQ_NO is just a race number as retreve using GET_NEXT_DEPENDANT_SEQNO (p_employee_id).
  
  1. I have problem in adding/creating a new record with the primary key (employe_id and SEQ_NO)
  2. I have an element called P0_EMPLOYEE_ID that I currently have to hardcode to '1'
  
  My question:

  1. how to do the insertion process (when I click on the 'Create' button) to the employe_id of P0_EMPLOYEE_ID and SEQ_NO to get my GET_NEXT_DEPENDANT_SEQ_NO(:P0_EMPLOYEE_ID) function return value
  
  2. I noticed a little that I probably should create a separate process for the INSERT because the built-in process that create it assistant should still get the PK of the element of origin (Px_EMPLOYEE_ID and Px_SEQ_NO) for the process of UPDATING and DELETING.
  Am I wrong?

  You can use the Type of the "element value" calculation to do - simply enter P0_EMPLOYEE_ID (without the :) in the parameter of calculation)

  After that I do an insert, automatic processing of the line (DML) clears the cache for all elements on the page.

  On your process «Process Row of...» ', copy the value of the parameter 'Element containing Primary Key Column Value' as part of "Return to key item" and click on apply changes

  Is it possible to run a process when the user leaves a page?

  Let me explain:

  On a page, I have an automatic processing of the line (DML) and a process of PL/SQL. These two processes are running when users click on the apply changes"" button.

  Is it possible to run these two processes ALSO when user leaves the page (click on another tab)?

  I want to do this to make sure that the changes are saved, even if users forget to click on the button "Apply Changes".

  Have you looked into using a pl/sql dynamic action page unload event?  I've never tried, but if you set the item values in the first stage of dynamic action and then run a pl sql routine that mimics the DML, it can work.  Given that the action would fire after each unload page, probably also needed validation to provide he fire during normal processing.

  I have a report that contains the line selector column. I'm processing lines which are activated by the user when he clicks on a button, so I'm already a loop through FOR ii IN 1... Apex_Application.g_f01. COUNTY.
  
  I need some lines to always be dealt with in the loop, so I would:
  1 have some lines checked automatically. Is this possible?
  2. using the same logic that automatically checks some lines, I also want to make sure they remain activated, or processes in the loop. (You know, I can check automatically certain lines, but the user can disable the). So, even if the user does not check them, I would check a program before the second FOR IN 1... Apex_Application.g_f01. COUNTY loop occurs.
  3. If it is possible to prevent the disabling of a line that is automatically checked it would be great and would mean that requirement 2 is debatable. If possible let me know. That would be sweet. :-)

• Can I automate a line break?

  I make a catalog of several hundred SKUS and uses the styles nested for the copy. On the first line is the name of the item and price, then comes the description and finally the SKU. Example:

  Product description goes here

  All of this information is linked to an Excel worksheet. I can go through and manually enter a soft line break after the price and description to enable nested styles, but it would be a lot of work. Is it possible to automate these two line breaks, in the character style or Excel somehow? Or maybe there's another way I think not?

  my request in real-time has a motion control loop and a loop of data acquisition. Before the move, the starting position is read once in the motion control loop and recorded as a shared single process with fifo variable single active element (I want to save only the last value). The starting position is then read several times in the loop of the acquisition of data and compared to the actual position. The movement is stopped in the DAQ loop when the difference between the starting position and the actual position reaches a certain displacement of the target.

  It is a strange behavior, usually the variable should return the last value written. You write the variable in another place of the code too? You debug the application?

  What is the RT platform you are working? Version of LabVIEW?

  I suggest using a "functional Global Variable" and see if you still get this random values.
