• Illustrator aligns with the pixel & changes the path?

  I work with paths are for some reason strange and annoying, snaps to the pixel grid. I have even the 'Snap to Pixel' off and the traces are changed by the Illustrator so they dynamic enters the pixel grid. I've never experienced this before where illustrator actuall moving anchor points where he wants. Here is an example of what is going on (this happens in the raster preview and normal preview):

  Will there be some sort of setting in the preferences of masters that is causing this behavior? I did this wink on the grid and snap to pixel is turned off and rest nothing will do. Anyone encountered this?

  I'm assuming that CS5 because you are talking to match the pixel grid. Is this correct?

  Possible bug, but...

  I can easily reproduce this problem with a small graphic and align on grid of pixels. If I disable snap to grid of pixels (in the transformation Panel) the problem disappears.

  Note there must be a very small chart for the question to stand.

  Are you sure you want to align the grid of pixels off?

  If so, you might try trashing your file.

• alignment with the < div > tags

  I am having trouble getting my 3rd < div > tag align (id = flash). It is left in line with the edge of the tag '#content' < div >. Essentially left alignment on the edge of my centered layout. Here is my code, anyone can have an idea on what I'm missing? I am new to do not use tables.

• E3000 won't handshake with the edge router

  Recently, I bought new E3000. I place the E3000 with edge router static IP address rather DCHP which seemed failing at the same IP address and DNS. Associated with the E3000 laptops have their own IP which differ from the IP address of the border router. E3000 is configured with firewall No. minimum protection, for now. The reason for a minimum protection was to get the handshake between the two routers. The border router is a product of Verizon. The old router I was using is a Netgear who did the handshake with the edge router. I have the latest firmware for the E3000 version of the Firmware: 1.0.04)is build 6. Router will not handshake with wired connections or wireless. Used to connect to the E3000 laptop is running Windows 7 Ultimate.  In fact, all laptops here use the same OS and connect wirelessly. I've tried the package of software provided on the site, which housed a diagnosis that apparently could not solve the problem as well. I have not idea about why E3000 not handshake with the edge router. Can we make a few suggestions. Thank you to all those who respond.

  What is the IP address of the router Verizon? What you write suggests that the Verizon router uses 192.168.1.1. If this is the case, establish the E3000 as a switch simple ethernet access point as follows:

  1. disconnect the E3000 from the Verizon router.
  2 wire a single computer in the E3000.
  3. open the web interface at http://192.168.1.1/ (or whatever the IP address you put it now).
  4. on the main configuration page, make sure that your type of internet connection is on "auto/DHCP.
  5. on the same page, set the LAN IP address to 192.168.1.2.
  6. on the same page, disable the DHCP server.
  7. save the settings.
  8 unplug the computer and one of the LAN ports numbered from the E3000 wireless to your router to Verizon.

  That's all. Now, you can use the E3000 as access point and you can use the remaining 3 LAN ports for wired devices.

  I'm building a small book in InDesign and generated chapter numbers only display correctly aligned with the text of the chapter into two chapters. In others, they are slightly lower than the base line and print that way. They all use the same format title and list paragraph. (I even checked the Master Pages for objects that drag may interfere and see nothing.) Someone has seen this and can point me to a solution?  The original document was from the Pages converted to MS Word, so I tried to see if there are some strange characters which came with the conversion, but as you can see on the screenshot below, nothing shows up. Any help to identify the problem or a cure would be greatly appreciated.

  I want to group founded by transaction ID. For ex, '09 'and '10' as a game and ' 06' one '07' as another set. Instead of the beginning rank, rank I want continue for any occurrence of the ' 09 'or ' 10'.   We would like to know if it is possible to align the text automatically with a form field that can contain different amounts of characters.

  We have a form with a text field for currency at the end of a paragraph of text. The period to mark the end of the sentence should always be printed just behind the currency field.   It is only possible if the time text is also part of a text field, preferably the same one. You can use a format or script validation to automatically add this custom text to text from the user, assuming that it is a fixed value or you can know in advance.   In such cases, the first assumption is aligned to the pixel grid

  You can select the entire document and untick finally align on the pixel grid in the transform palette and uncheck also align new objects to the pixel grid in the options of the Launcher.

  You can avoid the types of documents with the default (RGB for the web and other) or change the default value for such documents.

  Hi all. Looks like I am facing another obstacle focus on the table. While I was creating one of my pages, I used nested tables to create a column on the left side of the page that will contain my menu secondary, while the other column will hold a flash element and the content of the page.
  
  Although I have inserted tables nested with a spacing of the cell '0' and '0' cell padding and Visual AIDS seem to indicate that the values in the nested table are identical with the primary table who is the holder, the nested table that will contain the film and the page content is not embedded with the table above.
