  CNET is infamous for the grouping of things in its downloads as much a / v programs report as junk (I went through the same thing using eSet NOD32 has / v).  I seem to remember that if you ignore the warning and download the exe file and then use a tool like the free 7-zip to extract only the file necessary to run the program you want, you can work around the problem.

  If so, it indicates that Corel Draw is trying to tell you something with its start-up system [might well be generated by an error condition as Corel Draw 7 is not recognized as compatible Windows 7] and Windows recognizes that it would be necessary to get this old hlp format help system to be able to show you what the app is trying to tell you.

  Hi Laszlo,

  Yes, it is a known problem in CVI. This can happen because of the way the CVI user protection is implemented. It is certainly not desirable, but we probably won't be able to change it at least still a year or two.

  A solution you have is to disable the protection of the user and then rebuild your program (Options > Compiler Options > level debugging: no execution check)
