Is it possible to export as HTML5?

Firstly, my apologies, I'm certainly not an expert in flash and this will probably make most of you cringe. I like the appearance of the design of things, but what about coding etc I don't have any idea.

Basically, I created flash banner for my Web site to display on the different ad networks. These are designed in flash and exported as a .swf which is fine. Obviously the majority of phones mobile however do not show this, but would display html5 or gif? You want to try and really stay away if possible gifs. I noticed on Flash CC there is a canvas at the beginning called html canvas? Is this something that basically makes your banner in html5 or am I really to jump the gun on this one?

If no to all the above cases, or suggest what you I used to create banners of HTML5?

Thank you very much in advance, Tom

Yes, if you create a new HTML5 Canvas document or convert an ActionScript document, it will publish to HTML and canvas. You should not use JavaScript instead of the ActionScript for the canvas, but all the workflow and tooling is the same in all types of documents.
