  It depends on the o/s, it uses files for different O/S locations were here. Best is to go to preferences and click on 'Show Lightroom Presets folder'. In the indicated folder there is a folder called "Metadata Presets", which is where they need to be copied to. It comes under Win7/Vista, "C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Metadata Presets\".

If you are unsure what drivers to update with, there is a link above the drivers listed that said: need to know the hardware on your system to choose the correct drivers?
