  Why am I not surprised? Yes, the effin ' mess they made with the OpenGL drawing. To update your graphics driver and configure it properly. If it is supported, it should work, otherwise the program will / should turn off automatically. Trash the prefs after the pilot started day so AE scans again.

• InDesign CS6 pointer does not work in the book panel

  After you have installed InDesign CS6 (v 8.1) on a new computer laptop that runs Windows 7 Professional (service pack 1, 64-bit operating system), the pointer is not active anything in the book panel.  I have been using the same version of older InDesign on a cell phone under the same version of Windows 7.  This problem appears to be limited to InDesign and does not appear in Photoshop or Illustrator (the two CS6).  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the programs, and installed all the updates that are available for programs and windows.

  This morning I updated the Air SDK to 3.4 and my problem was solved. Everything works now as expected.

  Maybe it is a good idea to ship the CS6 version with the latest version of the SDK, or telling people to update.

  Turn on the device? You don't see anything on the screen? In this case, a USB OTG cable is your answer. You can connect a mouse or a keyboard if necessary.

  As I have made several attempts, (and the link .7z does more - access denied) all I can reason is I was maybe given the "Design Premium" link rather than the appropriate link "standard".  Otherwise, I can't figure out what I need to do differently to get this install to start.  Any ideas?

  these links are incorrect.  one is to design standard and one for design premium.  They both must match, premium or standard that you want.

  I downloaded the demo and installed Mac OS Lion. The request for help does not work; the omly thing that it will display's settings window. After local content downloading and clicking on the fact, the window disappears, but when you click the application icon, it reappears again.   Sorry for the inconvenience, you face.

  The path on your local computer would be:

  / Users / [user name] /Library/Preferences/chc.4875E02D9FB21EE389F73B8D1702B320485DF8CE.1

  If the folder above does not exist, check if you have more than one medium volume? If so, the directory above can be created on the mount where launches 'Manager Adobe help.

  Another reason why 'Adobe help Manager' keeps popping up that is already active sound the system tray. YOY can "Force quit" the application after you set preferences and try an another invocation of help.

  If nothing works, workaround to stop "Adobe help Manager" to launch whenever you launch help, maybe remove the application from your system. Open "/ Applications/Adobe" in the Finder and place 'Adobe help eat' into the trash. Note that this can also mean that you will not be able to download any help offline - and all the help incovations would need internet connectivity.
