Is there a cleaning utility to remove detrius after uninstaling the HP C6380 software please?

As I was unable to get my family of 3-XP-PC, connected to my home network shared printer HP C6380, I uninstalled the HP software via Control Panel. Then when I tried to do a clean install the HP software wouldn't let me do, and all sorts of bits HP remained in my system as a Kling-on of Star Trek.

So I deleted the C:/program files/HP and c:/program files/Hewlett Packard directories, I cleaned using CC cleaner, arrested HP startup using MSCONFIG and ABUSE files. MSC and finally I removed all that I could find to HP in my registry.

Even after all this, the last driver HP software does not give me the option to install the main software, but does not give me the option to add additional software, for example option applications I've ever wanted as HP inks.

So I need a utility HP cleaning.  I see old references on the internet at such a utility in 2005-2008, but these links of HP are now dead or blind.

Can HP or anyone recommend a cleanup utility appropriate please - so I can use it - so I can do a clean install?

Put the installation CD into your computer and access the UTIL/CCC directory.  In this directory are files uninstall_L1.bat through uninstall_L4.bat.  Run the first three of them, uninstall_L1.bat, uninstall_L2.bat and uninstall_L3.bat.  It may be necessary to restart after some of them run.
