  Also, I would like to know if I need more ram? I intend to edit videos in 5-10 minutes, I have read that if you have a gpu theres no point of saw huge amounts of ram.

  as others here have pointed out, its possible for some projects, but some media and will require a more powerful system.  This reference is comparing against intel cpu for 3 generations/models, and AMD are close to i5 General benchmarks.

  2. click on the drop down for "graphics cards".

  3. right click on the AMD graphics driver and select "disable."
