  If I've understood your problem, try this. Create a shortcut to "soundrecorder /file outputfilename.wav" (without the quotes).

  Then start soundrecorder via this shortcut and start and stop the recording, it will save so (hopefully) as a wav as before.

  I think the problem is, W7 soundrecorder, by default, saves to wma.

  If not, try a 3rd free part program such as Audacity (which seems like overkill, but should do the job).

  Hello. If I update the version of PG in the file config.xml for anything more recent that the 3.5.0 version my application crashes on devices Android and iOS. Unfortunately, my mobile says "< application name > has stopped." He doesn't even get as much as the splash screen.

  I tried the config affecting all versions up to cli - 6.0.0 but without a bit of luck. Now that Google/Apple is about to release 3.5.0 apps I need to work on what's gone wrong.

  I'm on the edge of a HD crash and everything will create the recovery media.

  I took the first steps in the instructions, but then the Recovery Manager program does not have an option to 'media', as suggested in the support article. I hate the disks and they often end up getting damaged or lost somehow. Is there a place that would allow me to use the USB option to square one update or I'm stuck having to go buy the DVD?

  I got a 64 GB and a 32GB on the spot and I tried both on each port on the system.

  They worked like USB drives, but has never had the option in the Recovery Manager.

  I gave and went and bought the DVD. It worked.

  In case it is of any relavence to update your support pages or leave a customer in the future knowledge, the version I have is 5.5.1931. To find this information right click the exe (you'll find my clicking on "position to open the file" in the properties of the shortcut, when you right click on the shortcut on the start menu) and select the Details tab.
