IPad keeps prompting me to update, but fails everytime I try. Said that I'm not connected to the Internet
What is the 9.7 Pro? If so, the update has been removed due to problems.
Go to settings > general > storage & use iCloud > manage storage (the first) > and if there is an update, delete it.

I have problems with ios 9.3.5
my ipod says it's still Friday, September 23 when it is Monday 26 and is stuck in the 04:00 time when I change the time, the screen turns off a color at random, then restarts then both will and I have to change but rest later if it changes at all used to date will not change anything and it runs still works when it wants to and it doesn't stay connected to WiFi , I have the ipod 5th generation and am not elligible for ios 10 Please if you can solve this problem with ios 9.3.5 I would be very grateful as I use my ipod for almost everything. I run a G4 and 10.411 using an older version of Skype with a software patch that I found in one of the Skype topics on this site. It has been working fine for months. I do not use only audio video. I have a subscription to call land lines. The problem I have is that I can call and hear the person I called, but they cannot hear me. Is there a problem with Skype today? Or they made changes from today that do not allow to use the patch and an old version of Skype? Any information would be appreciated.
I just found out that there were internet problems yesterday and today. According to me, which may have been the cause of my problems from Skype. Here is the response I got from my ISP tech guy when I sent him to see if there are problems of the internet this weekend: 'Yes. You can not install Vista Service pack 2 and get the error with code 800f0a09 and the message that there are problems with the driver for dell latitude.
The problem may occur if some of the components of the update are corrupt.
