Is there a sequence recommended action to a new PC in Firefox?

I read queries about mobile, history, bookmarks, etc., for the new PC using SYNC. Am I right to assume that I need 1)... Install Firefox on the new PC, 2...) run the SYNCHRONIZATION on the old PC, then 3...) run the SYNCHRONIZATION on the new PC?

You can also... using a tool such as LapLink PCMover would do the same for me?

And since we have several accounts of users both the old PC (windows XP) and the new (Windows 7) will each need the user to be synchronized individually or a cycle will put our separate bookmarks where they belong?

bjnorthcarolina, no need to use tools such as LapLink PCMover. You have to install firefox on the new PC and synchronize themselves. You can also export bookmarks to import.
