Is there a utility that will give me a list of all the programs or processes loaded in the startup process?

There must be some sort of utility that will allow a user to view and edit, what programs or services that load during the startup process. In my case, during this process, a screen will appear that says; "cannot find the program. Skipping Autocheck. I need to eliminate what it comes to store the boot process.

There is Autoruns , but it can be dangerous because it shows everything so use at your own risk
