  In general they all are probably and you would have to buy new licenses to each of them.

  Minimum specifications for win 8 32 bit are 1 GB of ram and 256 MB of video.  64-bit is double and most xp machines do not correspond to the invoice.

  N ° there is no widget that can do all this for you.  You'll need to program this app yourself, hire a developer experienced to do it for you, or find a product you can install and installation on your server.

  Before going to all this trouble, I invite you to check with your hosting provider first to see if they allow unregistered users to upload video files to your server.  Several not shared hosting plans for obvious reasons of security & bandwidth.

  If you decide to pursue this, you may need to upgrade to a dedicated server plan that costs considerably more shared hosting.

  Go to control panel > programs and features. The 7 elements and PSCS6 appears here for uninstall.

  First of all, I recommend you to continue the installation of any Windows Update, you are prompted to install. Windows updates are developed to close open ports, where a malicious user could get in your computer system.

  If an unlikely result occurs after you install the update, you can perform system restore to return the system to its previous working state back.   There must be some sort of utility that will allow a user to view and edit, what programs or services that load during the startup process. In my case, during this process, a screen will appear that says; "cannot find the program. Skipping Autocheck. I need to eliminate what it comes to store the boot process.

  There is Autoruns , but it can be dangerous because it shows everything so use at your own risk

  You are eligible to upgrade to 11.2.0.3 as long as you pay for the maintenance and support on 11.2.0.2.

  As you said, you need to install 11.2.0.3 in a new ORACLE_HOME, then follow the steps in the README file to perform the upgrade.

  Your question is a bit too generic. Since you posted this in the printer section you might think a HP Print Diagnostic Utility? If this is the case, currently, the answer is no.  There are some third-party diagnostic impression utilities on the market.  I don't think they are free.
