  .. Bottom line is that there are a lot of things in the library of modules that I have to go and I need everything, see all the time when I'm at this place.

  This point is on the roadmap, although I don't think that we have a date for it yet.  I hope to see a similar workflow as with other learning objects.  Project > publish > retirement > delete.

  The idea of consolidation and other sort options are all good ideas that I will pass on to the team.

  What you would do is to create a PDF version of the help content. Then, enter this amount as a link, that the user can click to open or save the PDF file. They would then go from there.

  I have a document that I am editing and I deleted some fields but which leaves of white space in the document.  Is there a way I can get rid of these spaces without having to manually back up all fields following one?

  Not really. There are some things you can do to make the process easier, but you can just highlight areas white and hit 'delete' to blow everything up.

  You can select all items below that you deleted on the tree of the hierarchy (who are on the same page) and move them all at once.

  You could make the document flowed and reach the entire area in a subform, but which has its own set of challenges if fields and others do not already whole lines (or close to it). It makes the process easier in the future if you need to add/remove elements more.

  I've been a Firefox user for many years and I still use it as my main browser. A problem that has bothered me for years lies in the fact that when Firefox is open and I change my audio output device by default, Firefox does not respect this change and continues to play audio through the device that was used to originally. Even if you stop the audio and keep playing, does not change the output device.

  Is there a way that this can be configured in Firefox? Now, if I listen to music online (e.g. Soundcloud) I always use Chrome because it is respect changing the default audio output even in the middle of audio playback device.

  1. start audio playback (for example a YouTube video; HTML5 and Flash are affected)
  2. change your audio output device by default
  3. audio will continue to play the original output device
