  Evan, please let us know the OS and the version of the bridge you are trying to download, follow below mentioned steps.

  • Restart the computer.
  • Delete the files in the temp folder.

  Win: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Temp GOLD folder in the address bar.

  Mac: / tmp

  • Try to have total control over the directory temp (authorization).
  • Try to create a new Admin account and try to install it.
