Is this an official warning of the virus?

Today, I think I was victim of a virus.

I received the message "http :// apple." com - safetynotice [.] com'

As I have never had this before: is it an official warning of the virus?

No.; It's a scam. Choose force quit from the Apple menu, close Safari and then run it with the SHIFT key is pressed. If the message reappears, disconnect the computer from the Internet and close the tab Popup came.

  • Cannot delete 'alert warning' in the Safari iPad iOS 9.3.1 Air app

I have a 'alert warning to the Virus' that I can't delete my Safari app. It seems to hang out in the list at the bottom of the cross-tab screen which we can access by clicking the several page icon at the top right of the Safari icon window.

I tried all of the suggestions: removal of Web site data, blocking cookies, disable Javascript, display resetting, etc. I always put the question when I open Safari (screenshot attached), and two additional, seemingly legitimate pages on the list at the bottom also do not seem to want to leave. If I press them, they open a tab. They are not in my bookmarks, Favorites or history (which I also deleted). I'm at the end of my options, it seems, and I hope someone here can help you. The only thing I have yet to try is delete the app and re-install. Thanks for the tips!

Have you tried double pressing the "home" button and make drag all Safari Windows? Safari then clear cache (settings - safari - clear history...) and back in Safari.

Hi, probably the site it is a phishing site, forge, if you are looking for the virus and you are clean, if you want to check more then, you can try these free programs to search for malicious software that work with your existing anti-virus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP, if you do not already have one. Windows 8 already has integrated antivirus.

Windows has identified a virus that cannot be deleted. reformatting will solve this problem? also wiping my own comouter solve this problem or just to write about it. Is there an online tool to clean my computer... more, after that how do I reinstall windows

Try AVG and Avast free programs to find and fix the problem. In the future, these two will warn you if the malware is a download.  If this does not work, try the highjackthis program.  It will save a log that can be used by sites for free assistance to correct your problem.

I would NEVER erase the hard drive!  I've been SP since its release and have have 60 programs on my computer.

    (2) I would copy safely Firefox from one computer to the other. I don't want to download from the internet. Really, we love and use firefox. I had to remove firefox because it came with the virus of Babylon.

If you have been Babylon when you installed Firefox you may have installed it from an authoritative source (the only official place and secure to download Firefox from www.getfirefox.comEast). Please, never download Firefox from anywhere else.

So, for your computers, be sure to download Firefox from www.getfirefox.comand you download the version official, convenient and safe.

If you get Babylon on your computer, you can remove it easily without having to remove Firefox by reading How to remove the toolbar of Babylon, home page and search engine (Please note that Babylon is not affiliated with Firefox and we actively seek to solve these problems).

I have mcafee - and xp said I was infected

    Hello

Your system is infected with the virus, update your Mcafee and run a full scan of the system in safe mode. You can also try to download Anti-malware http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and scan your system in safe mode.

To start your computer in safe mode, you must press the F8 key before the windows screen is loaded (time between the BIOS screen disappears and before you get the windows screen).

Once you get your system clean everything in safe mode, restart your computer, should be all good.

    I hope this helps.

  • cluster this warning in the event of failover

    Hello

Some time ago, we had a serious failure in one of our groups where the ESXi server as well as the matching node Lefthand VSA failed because multiple hard drive failures. Unfortunately, there was also other issues with replication on the other node VSA, which means that this group was unable to perform certain actions of failover because some VMs were not present on the shared storage remaining.

All this has been resolved, after the reconstruction of the part of the environment and make some restorations from a backup of all virtual machines are operational, the ESXi servers are operational. But...

At the level of the cluster in vSpere client is still a yellow triangle.

In the summary for the cluster tab, there is a message: 'Configuration issues. HA has launched an action of failover cluster UTRVMCL-01 Data Center Utrecht»

In the tab of the alarm to the cluster, it is listed.

This may be due to a virtual computer that no longer exists and cannot for that purpose is no longer be restarted on the remaining ESXi server. But it can also be something else.

How can I clear the message that everything is working as it should? The current situation is the right situation.

Sorry that I misunderstood the "yellow triangle". I thought that on the upper right of the screen.

You may be able to get rid of the warning by disabling HA in the settings of the Cluster, he reactivated after a few minutes.

  • Update of the warning of the Acrobat

I have just reset Firefox in the hope of resolving his inability to load reliably since its last update. (Unsolved problem.) As I work with the settings and Add-ons, I naturally looked as well as plug-ins.

Now, I see a warning that Acrobat is known to be vulnerable and must be updated. (I have v10.1.4.38). I click 'update now', and I get redirected to a page saying that v9.5.1 and lower have been blocked. He suggested she go to 'check' plugin page to update. I click to go there, and lo and behold: he pointed out that Acrobat is to date (since it's obviously). This warning must be turned off somehow?

Feel free to vote for the report to keep track of progress, but please do not post comments unless you have technical information to add. See the Bugzilla etiquette page for more details.

Also, your Flash Player is outdated.

  • Alert to the virus by practicing a game

By practicing a game I d/l from a site that I was a member for a long time, with no problems. The game has stopped working and I got an error msg that this problem was caused by a W/32/gaobot.worm.gen.u-Win 32/RBot.3eu/Worm, a known computer virus. He's going to suggest, I get a updated antivirus software, but I do not have a current software running.  I'm afraid that the website that I have never had a problem for so long is not as safe as I thought.  or that my antivirus/antispyware is not very good.  Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thank you.

A virus is a program.  If you download and run a program, it can do what it is supposed to do.  Antivirus software looks at programs you download and check if they are in their catalog of known viruses.  If it does not what in the catalogue, it assumes that it is good and allows you to run.  Given that catalogs are updated all the time, that they can longer late with an update that discovers (once you have been infected) that the program you have running contains a virus.  Then warns you that you are now infected.

These days, the infection tends to come because people have exceeded the older software such as Adobe Reader, Java and Flash versions.  Because people are rarely (if ever) looking for updates of these programmes, they are often easily infected with new viruses.  Virus writers are constantly changing and updating their virus so that the anti-virus software is unable to detect them.

You should contact the company that makes your antivirus software and investigate the best way to clean your machine out of the virus you have with them.  And make sure all your system patches are up-to-date and your various software is up-to-date.  I would check out Adobe, Java, and Flash as they all have a lot of known holes in them that current virus writers take advantage of the.  But, at the same time, if you download games on Internet, it is very possible that files can be infected as well.  Therefore, always get a trusted site or source files.

  • Is this a legitimate warning?

    I received a window full-screen www.windowslivetechsupport/sv/indexusj.php?engsec=6&p_id=1003.  Is this a legitimate warning?

    Hello

Sounds like a SCAM. Was it a PopUp on a web page? If so, ignore him.

If you run the scanner, it is trying to load it will only lie to you about possible
threats and hijack your computer. Even pay because it will not remove from your
    computer.

When you get one of these its best simply close this window of IE.

    ==============================================

It is an example of what can happen if you allow one of these type programs.

    all people like rogue antivirus.)
