  This isn't a file.  There is an entry in the system registry.
  HKCR is short for "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT".
  To remove this key, you must use 'Regedit' (start-> Run-> 'regedit').

  There is no official way to do this. That's what a technical support technician may ask you to do as part of a normal support call.

  What you can do is zip the minidump files and download the file to a file such as the sharing site
  Microsoft Windows Live SkyDrive.

  Place the file in the Public folder, and make it accessible to all the world.  After return here with as much detail about the errors you can include the URL to this public folder.

  Some Members here can download the file and run a scan in order to let you know what can be the cause of error.

  You recently updated Firefox? Which will cause the folder "Old Firefox data" appears on the desktop. The "old firefox data" is basically old data of Firefox, as its name suggests. You don't need, but you can use as a return to the top if you wish, although it is highly unlikely that you need or like it. Check out this thread for more details.   Some Firefox problems can be solved by performing a clean reinstall. This means that you remove Firefox program files (not the profile folder, where the bookmarks are stored) and then reinstall Firefox. Please follow these steps:

  1. Download the latest version of Firefox from http://www.mozilla.org office and save the installer to your computer.
  2. Once the download is complete, close all Firefox Windows (click on quit in the file menu or Firefox).
