ISE troubleshooting help

In different deployments I face an annoying behavior during many tests are carried out with the same error. A coffee or lunch has solved the extrange of some test results. I guess that the temporary ISE "blocks" the device/user to continue to make attempts to connect. Anyone know is it possible to see if this is true and where to "reset" this status?

Does anyone know if there is a way to see a step by step of each condition assessment result in authorization rules? It is possible to see, for example, the problem of a rule's the typo in the name of the ssid?

Seems to me the feature "remove abnormal customers." Disabling it certainly helps with troubleshooting.

Administration-> settings-> protocols-> RADIUS

    Hello and good day, group... We have here a few CQ4010F desktop computers. I pushed recently updated Windows and a PC (1PWC) now has a video driver to version less about that. The PC I compare (0SDQ) is great for video with full 1920 x 1080 is available and Acer E211H monitor display.     I can not get the most recent driver to load on the PC with the question. I pushed for troubleshooting updates driver Windows on (1PWC) several times. All say that the driver is updated? I did a driver update... process also with the reporting of the pilot system is running when it is not.  I went to the site of NVidia and NVidia driver downloads tell me that the correct driver is installed, when it is not.     Please follow the steps below:

    • Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
    • Disable the firewall of your machine, see OS x: about the application firewall - Apple Support
    • Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
    • Go to: Apple icon > system preferences > Security & Privacy > General > "allow applications downloaded on" change this anywhere (to make these changes click the padlock in the corner at the bottom left of this window and enter your computer password)

    1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support

    • Creative cloud
    • Basic timing & sync to basic support

    • Adobe Common Desktop

    • Broker CIB Adobe

    I hope someone can please help me solve a problem, I'll have a table in my form. It offers a menu associated with each line that allows you to add, delete, reset, lines etc. The name of the table on the form is the array of points of purchase. This is the first table on the form.

    Here are the steps to re-create the issue:

    1. create 3 rows of the table

    2. click on the menu ('X') associated with the first line button.

    3. Select "remove this line. Nothing happens.

    4. click on the menu ('X') associated with the first line button.

    5. Select 'Remove this line' again. Nothing happens.

    6. click on the menu ('X') associated with the first line button. You will notice that the "Remove this line" option is grayed out.

    My best guess that the rows are deleted in the background, which is why if I have 3 rows and 'remove' 2, so my delete option is grayed out because according to me, it makes sense in there as if there is only 1 row then grey can delete lines. I was intending to join the file that I see others it, but do not see the option. I am pleased to provide you with the file by e-mail if that's easier. Thank you in advance!

    Instance Manager methods have been given the wrong index of the line to work with. They should be passed to the index of the row to which the button you press in (of course). Instead, they received a few index v8b, honestly, I can't decipher as to what this number means eventually. (Math.round ((v3-v4) * v6...)?)

    Anyway, I have it repaired and also changed some of the logic in the submenu to determine what is gray.

    I love this feature! It can even show a client!

  • Evaluation of posture transmitted by mistake using Cisco ISE

    I would like to help try to understand why a customer who has not been connected to the network for a little over a month has allowed full network access despite being older than 28 days AV definitions.

    We have 2 mandatory requirements of posture,

    1 Symantec Av MUST be installed

    2. the definitions AV MUST be expired LESS THAN 28 days

    Currently, the machine I have watch the defs AV as being 25 March 2013.

    When I produce the detailed report posture, it shows me even that the two mandatory requirements described above were successfully which means that the endpoint is compliant posture. Clearly this is not the case if...!

    Is there anything else I can check on the ISE to help debug this?

    You may have two problems:

    1 al ' ISE, you have a set global clients not supported of the NAC Agent (Android, etc.) that specifies what their default state of compliance. If the default setting is "consistent" and you do not have a rule in this customer service or you simply do not have client provisioning rules, any machine that does not fit in the provisioning rule (IE thinks them ISE which is not supported) Gets a consistent event compliance status if NAC Agent is installed and that the rules are not met.

    2. problem of ANC Agent version?

    I saw in the papers that you use NAC 4.9.1.6 agent but the latest NAC Agent recommended to be used with (later) ISE is version 4.9.0.51.

    4.9.1.6 is a version of NAC Appliance and Cisco does not guarantee that is 100% compatible with ISE.

    Cisco NAC Agent Interoperability Between NAC Appliance and Identity Services Engine (ISE)

    Cisco supports different versions of the NAC Agent for integration with  NAC Appliance and ISE. Therefore, there is no explicit interoperability support for  a given NAC Agent version intended for one environment that will  necessarily work in the other. Cisco will be addressing this issue  through the standard Cisco TAC support escalation process, but NAC  Agent interoperability is not guaranteed.

    Cisco is working on an approach to address NAC Agent interoperability testing and support in an upcoming release.

  • Speaker of vlan ISE

    Here's my scenario.

    I have a few industrial machines that does not support the Antivirus and we even put on the field, because of the risk of a security breach. But at the same time, these machines need access to the NAS to copy configuration files.

    My doubt is how ISE can help me put these machines on the network preserving other VLAN of a risk of infection or the loss of data or even inside attacks. There's some way we can apply security on these machines, leaving network access but not accessible to others only with ISE? And when I mean apply im talk to not only keep the vlan inaccessible but certain rules to avoid the use of firewall in the middle.

    We do not yet have ISE but its on the track and im trying to understand how it works.

    You can segement these devices based on the mac address if you like and dump them on their own vlan and also send a (wired) DACLS so that they only have access to specific services. I would like to know if that strikes your condition.

    I have experimented with a copy of the help system a customer at the same time RH7 w/packer and the RH8 trial, generate output for the help of AIR format. After generating & the .air package and look a new help file .exe, I point out the following: click on the drop down next to the icon print and three options are listed (print this page, the sequence of Print, print all help). Whatever the selection below, print sequence is always unavailable (gray). This is the case when I generate with both versions. Did I miss something in the settings?

    Rick, your explanation was very helpful to ensure that I had missed something. I didn't, but for some reason, compiling the WebHelp to a different folder did the trick. (I had been doing the active boxes coming did nothing even if I was selecting the subjects that were in the middle of sequences to browse legitimate.)

    Now that I have compiled the WebHelp to another folder, browse sequences work. I ran the new AIR Conditioner (overwriting my existing .air file), and the printing sequence feature also works.

    Open system preferences > Flash Player then select the Advanced tab, and then click: delete everything in navigation and settings data.

    Quit and then restart Safari to test.

    If you still have problems, make sure that Flash is up to date. System Preferences > Flash Player > updates > check now.
