  Hello

  I had intended to publish an article about it for a long time. It's sort of a particular problem, to which I have found no solution so far.

  What is the problem?

  Auto contrast or auto-dim feature in my laptop is a real pain. I want to turn it off, but I can't. It's funny this is, this is not the case in Ubuntu 12.04 (installed in dual boot).

  What is going on?

  When that I'm viewing a Web page in a dark bakground (say a page with a black background and white text) contrast of the screen changes automatically. I can view the dark page correctly, but when I switch to the other tabs or reduce the window, it's a real eye strainer (I already use the card).

  What have you tried?

  1. Well, for starters I tried meddleing with Catalyst Control Centerand have not been able to find the appropriate option.
  2. I also tried to disable the Aero theme, but when I right click on my desktop, this is what I see.
  3. That's why I changed the Standard Windows 7 Windows 7 Basic color scheme of Windows color and appearance. Yet, no luck

  You're right, certainly a strange issue with the pages of gradation. This goes to an energy saving setting. Here is a link to a site third-party site that will show you with screen shots, how to change the power settings to prevent the screen from dimming.

  I bought this from Amazon, and it worked fine for a day or two. Now, when the computer shuts down or sleep the monitor turns on and has a signal, but the contrast and brightness are zero, I can raise them and discern the office, but the color is incorrect.

  This is part of a two-monitor display, the other monitor works fine.

  Did the hard reset, diagnostic on monitor, and diagnoses are normal.

  OK, I have a composition in After Effects, I was working, but now, when I go to open it, I get the message "after effects error: incident occurred while invoking the plugin"auto contrast"effect."   I just opened my first jpg in Photoshop CS5 and tried to use 'Image-> auto contrast', but all the Auto (tone, contrast, color) are greyed out. Image-> Mode is set to "RGB color".   You can use the quick settings for frequently used settings.
  Press on & keep the status icons area until a flashing line appears. Then slide down the line to open the quick Control Panel.
  You should see the brightness option. Tap to set the brightness of the screen.

  Also, in the power management settings, you will be able to set up profiles to individual.
  Here, you can set the brightness of the screen too.

  I bought Inspiron 14 laptop recently which has Intel graphic media and nvidia 2 GB. I am facing a problem in which the screen automatically adjusts the contrast/brightness... it (the entire screen display) gets dim when some content of dark color on the screen and becomes clearer when the light content of color on the screen...   After getting my mind messed up with DELL technical support which even not know understand what makes the question/feature it was, I found myself a solution for me none of the steps on the internet worked for me...

  This auto brightness adjustment problem is caused by the Intelligent Dell display ' located in your battery management window if it is not there the following steps...

  Restart your system

  The Dell Logo appears, press F2.

  Goto Startup tab

  Select Secure Boot and disable it and save and exit.

  Press F12, while the Dell logo is displayed

  Check all the options if Secure Boot is disabled, it must be turned off. If this is not the case, switch to the off position. Save and exit.

  Restart your system-> goto Office

  Right-click on the icon of your battery and open the battery management window (where appears battery online order... This window) (not the power of the plans, not quick setting window, not the windows Mobility Center)

  Go to the first tab in this window

  You will see an option that display Intelligent Dell now appears.

  Disable this annoyingly useless hidden and check...

  The delay time allows you to control the time between the turn on/off the virtual machines. The only way you can make any assumptions here on virtual machines having started is to use the option "Continue immediately if the VMware tools begin". If you need to be absolutely sure that the first VM has started, so I recommend using a longer delay time and possibly also use the option "continue immediately if VMware tools start." I would test the option 'Continue immediately if VMware tools start' widely well.

• Photoshop CS6 auto tone, Auto color, auto contrast just does not work.

  Mac OS file 10.9.4 regardless of the JPG or DNG, 8-bit, RGB. Click on one of the features three automatic and the whole image is a degree of washed out. See before and after. Help, please.

  It could be the Correction Options automatic color > target colors are out of wack.

  Make a layer and levels adjustment in photoshop, select Options from the car.

  1. what kind of failure does the ATI HD 650 TV tuner had recently?

  2. what type of files which is having the issue? It is same on any computer?

  3. it happens with all records of TV?

  I suggest you reinstall the Windows media center and check the difference in TV recordings.

  (a) open the configuration/programs and features Control Panel.

  (b) click on "Turn Windows features on or off" in the left pane.

  (c) Expand "media features", uncheck "Windows Media Center". Click 'Yes' to continue and click OK to exit. Then restart.

  After the restart, return to Windows features windows and check the box for Windows media center, link apply and restart the computer, check whether the is working now.
