Issue of license with new computers

In my current workplace another employee used Adobe Creative Suite 2 for some time. We have just a serial number with him. She told me that she has installed on his computer at home and his former and current labtop.

My question is that I know that each license can be put on 2 computers, however if get us a new computer and want to use the suite on this new computer we do something special on old computers, because we installed on those?

Also, what happens if two computers use Adobe cs2 at the same time. Which would cause problems?

Thank you

The only people who can help you with that is the Adobe Customer Service...  Contact with them (there is a link at the bottom of this page) and explain what happened, and I hope that they can disable the software at their end.

  • iPod will not charge with new computers

I just got a new laptop (Windows 7).  I also have a desktop computer (Windows 8).

My old iPod used to load with my previous laptop (also Windows 7).

But it will not charge the new laptop with me.  I downloaded the latest version of iTunes on my new laptop.

    He still will not load.

I tried with my desktop computer (Windows 8) but that does not charge the iPod either.

I tried with my old laptop (windows 7) and it loads DID.  I can't keep my old laptop.

    An ideas?

Are you just having a problem with the "load"?  If the iPod appears in iTunes when connected, try the following as a test.  Go to the screen of the iPod settings in iTunes.  Look for the setting (a check box) to allow the use of the disk.  If currently, this option is NOT checked, check it and click apply.  With disk use enabled, does make a difference to the number of cost?

  • Issue of license with Windows XP, a lost key and lost disk.

I work in a church in trying to ensure that all of our licenses are legal. A few years back our Windows XP Professional and our key to Windows XP install disk have disappeared. People at that time here downloaded a copy of the internet and used a key found on the internet. Not a key that we purchased. There is always an invoice for this computer. He wasn't able to pass Windows Genuine tests. My question is, is it legal to install like this. After all, we had a license appropriate at a given time. What problems of license failed us by doing this?

Assuming that the company that made this PC for the Church still exists and keep good records, and did not use a version without Windows license in the first place (you say you had "a good license" at the same time), you can contact the company for the correct XP Pro installation media and the right corresponding to the product key.

If this isn't the case, you will need to purchase a legitimate copy of Windows XP Pro, which can be difficult or expensive since it is no longer available for sale through traditional channels.

If the PC is not old and is able to run Windows 7, it is an option, too.

  • Download Lightroom to new computers - license number

I am currently using Lightroom which resides on my 'old' computer (rather than up there in the clouds).  I will soon buy a new desktop computer as a new laptop.  Download Lightroom both of these new computers?  In other words, the product license will allow me two new downloads.  I'm OK with deleting my 'old' Lightroom computer if necessary.

    Thank you, Bill

    Hello

I see that you have a license for Lightroom under the adobe with same email account as with forums.

You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers, as long as you don't use it on one at a time.

    For deactivation refer:- https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activate-deactivate-products.html

  • Issue of license OEM Windows 7 Home Premium

Can I use my Toshiba laptop on the machine license even if I do a complete formar? (No recovery/backup)

    Yes, you can.

New computers coming often pre-installed with Windows 7 have what is called a recovery partition. This is used to reinstall an operating system in the case of a system failure. To access it, you need to start when you start your computer by pressing a function key. This can be either F1, F2, F9, F10, F11, F12 key DEL or tab. See the manual that came with your PC for instructions on how to reinstall Windows.

If your recovery partition is not available or damaged, you must contact the manufacturer of your computer, and request that a defined recovery disk you can use to reinstall Windows 7. They could practice a small shipping and handling.

For Toshiba, press and hold "0" BEFORE and during the power upward

  • License to new computer

I want to transfer my Acrobat XI standard to a new computer, where can I find Adobe change more?

    Hey Alexander m,

You may need to disable Acrobat XI (Help menu) on your old computer, and then install the software on new computers from here:

    Other downloads

Once installed, you can activate the software by using the same serial number.

To find your serial number, see: find the serial number of your product Adobe quickly

Note: Using a single-user license, you can enable the maximum Acrobat two machines with the same serial key.

If you want to install on the third machine, then you will need to disable any of the older computers.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you need more assistance.

    Kind regards

    Ana Maria

  • I recently bought a new laptop to replace my current on which I use lightroom. I also get a new office this month and would like to install lightroom on two of my new computers (I no longer need it on the old laptop). Can I do this wi

I understand that I can use lightroom on up to two computers as long as I'm not their execution at the same time. My question is, can I uninstall it from my current laptop and install it on two new computers?

Yes, you can do it. To be in compliance with the Lightroom license, it must be installed on both computers. But there is no process of activating/deactivating for Lightroom. Thus, it will be great for you to install Lightroom 5 on both of your new computers. This document can help you to make the move:

  • We need to get the new software we ix2-200 NAS new computers-Win 7 64 bit, old XP32 bit

    Hi everyone;

Our company's new computers and they will be Windows 7 64 bit. We currently use XP with 32 bits. Do we need new software to connect to ix2 - 200 or the software that accompanies if will be good. Thanks for you help and have a great weekend.

    Hello Raym0nd69,

There isn't any software owner to access the ix2.

They run out of network/Internet protocols.

as long as you have the IP address you can access the user interface, and as long as you map the actions you should be able to access the data.

  • Blue screen error: 0x0000001a when using system to restore with new hard drive disk

original title: blue screen error when you use the system disk to restore with new hard drive

I bought a new hard drive to my computer because the old one gave me a bunch of error messages on screen blues. I installed in the tower and tried to use my restore and system recovery disks that the manufacturer has given me, the process has got to the last disk then asked for the system once again restore disc, and then began to load the last steps and went to blue screen error. I don't know what to do, I mean it's a whole new drive hard, so where could the error come, theres nothing on the hard drive because I have not yet used really, yet. Help, please

I have finally fixed the problem myself. The problem was that one of the sticks three memory was bad and the only way I could test this error. I took two sticks a left, used disks I had and was able to restore my computer, then I put a stick, turned on the computer, had no errors so I let him, so I put the last stick in and com immediately on, I had the Disconnections: memory management and that's when I knew that the last stick of memory was bad I took it back and now my computer works well and I can't buy more memory for not too. So if someone gets this BOSD error on memory, I'd say 8/10 computers have bad memory (not a number). If youcannot run the tool of diagnosis of memory like me then I would suggest to do what I did with the trial and error, it was the only way to understand the problem. Thanks for your help
