• Issue of movement 5

  I created a simple logo letter with a spinning cam. The project duration is 60 seconds.  Export the project with Prores 4444 and color + Alpha for the transparent background.

  My question is, with the setting above, the file size is 480 MB which seems very high.  I tried all the other options, but all the others do not give me the background transparent.  Is there another way so that I can have the smallest file size with the transparent background?

  You can feel that the file size is high, but it's just what it is. Size of the file depends on several things. What is your size of the image? What is your frame rate? What is happening in the video?

  ProRes 4444 is a format of depth of upper bit and basically what you need for transparency in the movies.  Which is only going to increase the size of the file.  If you have greater fame 4K vs 1920, which will increase the size. The higher your frame, more the size of your files.  It may even be reduced to what's playing in your video. For example, I created two versions of 4K, 30 fps, 60-second project with a simple rotation letter 3D.  In one, I used the default white texture, in the other, I animated the exterior color move throughout.  Export to ProRes 4444 format without color change is 850 MB, with color changes is 910 MB.  This can probably be explained by the fact that it is more efficient to compress the gray pixel against variations of color values in the larger file.  Just change the size of the text could probably impact to some extent on the size of the file.

  Ways to get smaller files with a codec that includes transparency would be to reduce the size of the image and or reduce the pace. Of course, these changes will come at their own expense.  All that being said, unless you're completely limited by disk space, don't worry about this. Worth better have a larger file and better quality lower initially something of quality to a certain measure of disk storage space saving.

• X220t Windows 8 touch (not pen) issues - actions / movies does not

  I did a clean install of Windows 8 on a X220t.  Since the initial start, using a finger on the touch screen worked correctly.  You might drag on the edges, show the charms, arrange windows, scrolling, etc.  You might even see microsoft faint "tracer", following the movement of your finger on the screen.

  Once I installed the windows updates and updated system Thinkvantage, the possibility for the acts suddenly disappeared.  Now, you can use your finger to move the cursor of the mouse around, but gestures don't work.   You use the stylus for input, you can however make the sweeping gestures.  What gives?  I uninstalled all drivers I could find, but it has not solved the problem.  I uninstalled all HID devices and let them detect again and still same.

  Then I tried the wacom specific windows 7 drivers, windows drivers 8 and lenovo windows 7 drivers and are slow to return it works correctly with the help of the finger.

  Under Tablet and PC settings, it shows 'pen and touch support limited '.   I really want to start from scratch and go by driver to know that which blitzed it or I'll get a finger gesture to teach my own windows. :-)

  PROBLEM SOLVED:

  I used a copy of Windows 8 Pro system manufacturer.  Apparently, this version does not support multitouch on devices if the drivers of contact are not Microsoft Certified.

  I bought a windows key "retail" Pro 8, made a re-activation of the key system, does not have one thing or move any software, just rebooted and now hop, everything works fine.

• 3 related issues: slow movement; the photos are all from the first image; and no sound from the soundtrack to the DVD downloaded.

  I put a DVD in my computer. It plays fine in Windows Media Player. When I transfer to Windows Movie Maker Live, three things happen: 1) the thumbnails are all the same - the first image. (2) the movement is slow. I tried it accelerates, but it is simply not the movement in real time - either too slow or too fast. (3) the soundtrack plays for a fraction of a second.

  What is the problem and how to fix it?

  I converted DVD to WMV format. This fixes the movement of the image and I can hear the music (not quite synchronized), however the thumbnails are still just the first image. In addition, every single feature that I blow (editing, effects, forwards, etc.) the picture freezes and yet the soundtrack plays again.

  I think it's probably down to my inexperience with DreamWeaver CS4...

  I am attaching the files I work with.

  I want to move the main element of the menu buttons / image below it to the top of the screen, I little then a flash swf in its current location file.

  I can't for the life of understand me how to move items / area towards the top of the page - can someone please help me?

  If you don't want that extra padding above, go to your style sheet and replace 50px by 0. in both places I mentioned.

  When you look at your page in Code view, you will find a section that resembles the capture, I in the first quote window. The Red "BOLD" part is what you have to type, just in the place, I said.

  The second quotation, that's what you add in your stylesheet. This is the file ending in .css. You can just open and edit.

  Don't worry also the "BOLD" and red, I only did that for it to stand out and be obvious to you.

  I'm trying to re-authors a dvd for sale that I already had and may not know how to export in a way that would have chapters. Other things I read said I still need that is no longer supported. How to do this please? Your help is appreciated.

  You do not have to create a DVD or one of the many programs by other companies. Reminder, you download via the CC desktop application a "previous version" of PrPro, then select PrPro - CS6 and with that you get... install that and download the content "library" and you can go forward...

  The value of the cache is the number of requests that the Manager reads and "hiding" of the queue waiting to determine the number of applications simultaneously can be run.

  If you have a manager who can work to 5 applications (and with a cache the value 3) and there are 20 pending, the Manager will read 20 requests to queue 3 pending at a time.

  Select a thumbnail, do a select all and press DELETE. An image will remain, which is annoying, but the way it works right now. You can also use shift + click to select several thumbnails and then click on remove.
