I receive a message whenever I run an application CC that "there is a problem with a payment" & I need to change my details. I tried to change my details but can't because I can't access the field where I have to change them, but I have a bill that says that I paid for this month... I can't contact the support because he says that I no phone privileges for that question & I can't access the chat option either--what happens to good old fashioned service and does not create Web site who goes round & round in circles but provides no answers and makes the user madder and madder... Good job on guys of graphics applications but the conviction to get the site more navigable worlds (sarcasm). It's all good, because my payment went through & it's a bug in the system or in 26 days my universe will merge into ball bubbling rage because I can't work out how to use the forums...

This has probably been asked before, but because the forums page is a land mine of FAQ, which are little or not useful I managed to do here on this island that is solved in the middle of the 0 and 1 and will stay here until I get a reply.

    If you get a virus warning is false. First Mac don't get viruses. Seconly, how if someone knows if you have a virus? No one other than yourself has access to your computer, not even Apple.

  • Inability to Adobe to help with the payment failed

    I pay my subscription via PayPal, everything was fine until my payment in July that failed, there was no explanation or reason. I have not contacted Adobe 4 times via their cat because they don't offer phone support for questions of payment? !!!

    Every moment I was told to wait 24 hours and everything will be fine. It is never so I contact them again. They tried to put it down to PayPal with a problem when all my other PayPal payments and subscriptions do not have issues and have PayPal confirm that Adobe have not even tried to take a payment for July.

    I reinstated billing details and implement new agreements of PayPal 8 times, whenever he says it is up to date, but then I don't see the "Oh no!" problem of payment message. I would never give my money so much and Adobe do not seem to consider, or admit that they need to fix something on their end.

    I get given the option of closing my account together and having to create a new account with a different email, how is - this practice or even acceptable? How Adobe can expect from me that loose access to all my files and have to re - download all to use their software when and not even attempt to try to solve this problem?

    Sorry for the mug shot, but does anyone else have any dealing with Adobe on this? How did you fix it?

  • Thunderbird crashes on some messages - how to read these messages?

    Two colleagues of an organization in particular I sent emails a day. Whenever I try to open, Thunderbird crashes and I can not read the messages. They sent me new messages later--and I have no problem of their opening.

    The accident report ID is bp-7024757b-9db9-4e3c-8916-bfac62151019.

    How can I read their original messages? Why did they cause Thunderbird crash?

    Thunderbird is not an email service. If you tend to think of this as your "Thunderbird account" then it's probably one provided by your Internet service provider.

    The part after the ' @' in your email address usually indicates that provides and manages your e-mail account.

    Is this the same sender for this third message? Do you know what e-mail program they use?

    I've seen some disturbing issues with messages sent by users of Apple Mail, where the parts of the text will miss, leading to embarrassing and difficult, situations where some wonder why the other did not. A strange formatting used by the Apple caused Outlook program to think that the message had been terminated. In an e-mail program, the missing text was visible and recoverable.

    This isn't quite your situation, but it will show that there may be less than 100% compatibility between e-mail clients. Microsoft and Apple have their own specific peculiarities.

  • "Not delivered" error messages of the iMac

    Hello people.  Anyone else having issues sending messages text messages on an iMac?  Any account I "start a conversation" with, I get an error message "undelivered".  No matter if I start a new conversation or continue an existing conversation.  I even have this error when you try to send a new text message.  So far, I did the following:

    1 signed out and back in again.

    2 selected different options "start the conversation with", i.e. icould, phone number, e-mail, apple id.

    3. you leave Messages and re-opened.

    4 restarted iMac

    Please launch the Console application in one of the following ways:

  • I get various messages of air when I'm trying to raise iTunes it saids is not corefoundation.dll/gold applesyncNotifer.exe

    I unstall iTunes and then re - install iTunes twice and still I am getting air messages indicating as follows: (Apple Application Support is required to RUN iTunes Helper) well I did what they said to do and that is once more (uninstall iTunes and reinstall iTunes) and still negitive results.

    I also got what this other issue Air Messages saying as follows: (this Application has failed to start because Corefoundation.dll was not found. Another Air Message saying impossible to locate Componet that is (AppleSyncNotifer.exe)

    So where do I go from here, I would like to mention that I wasn't having this problem at all when I bring my iTunes and I could play my music that I have more Tunes (1500) various artist recorded last week. So any help you can give will be appreicated. Thank you Francisco Giovanni Colon'

    Hi all

    Someone help me please with dynamic action for validation of date with the message notification plugin. I have a form with two elements of the date picker control and message notification plugin.

    The requirement first user selects the exam is finished and then selects the date. So, if the date is greater than the date of the examination is over + 2 years then doesn't trigger the message notification plugin. I tried to create that dynamic action on the date picker date that triggers the scheduled issue notification message but I want to make conditional, I mean displays the message only if date of the selected is greater than the date of the exam is finished more than 2 years.

    In terms simple, notification is displayed only if provided is superior to (date of the exam is completed + 2 years).

    I use oracle apex 4.0 version and oracle 10g r2 database. I tried to reproduce the same requirement in my personal workspace. Here are the details. Please take a look.

    After entering payment information, I open CC on the Mac and saw that LR CC still said trial expired. I've heard people have had problems with updates, so I logged off CC, even restarted the Mac and back connected cc, but it still says trial has expired. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall LR CC. (I had not downloaded Photoshop before CC, so he says now 30 days.)

    I do not see a payment, but maybe it's a timing issue - payments can take a few days to become visible. But while it says trial has expired, I can't use the full LR CC; any suggestions?

    I am faced with slow work and delays in Thunderbird to my Linux.

    I have 4 accounts (3 are connected via IMAP) and two of them runs very slowly. Fear that every time I see annoying message at end of the period of the server and each message (same old) opens very slowly and sometimes doesn't open.

    It maybe the problem in services postal themselves, or illustrated by the 4th account is Exchange (which work much faster in fact), but I need to manage that somehow. I think I had a fast enough internet connection.

    I know that the server timeout could be increased, but I have not found this option in the settings. I have 31 TB, and all the settings, I found in Google seems to be linked to the old version with the old interfaces. I went to advanced settings, I'm not sure that it's settings and what value it must contain.

    In addition, has something like 'caching 'mail TB? I mean, during the reception of the new letter - it is "cached" locally, so when I try to read - local version is used until "cache" is cleaned. But when I delete or move the letter to another folder - happening also at the level of the server. I think that if TB could sync all mails and store their values locally this will work much faster.

    It seems to me that I found the root cause of the problem)

    Problem is not in TB, but in these 2 mail services itself. They work poorly when vpn works.

    Will address this issue for messaging services.

  • Satellite P50 - B - internal error power after upgrade to Windows 10

    After the upgrade to Windows 10 and after reboot, I got Internal_Power_Error and laptop restarts automatically.
    After signing, get the same error of internal power and the repetitions of the process.

    I contacted Toshiba Support and they did NOT have a fix for this problem.

    The power driver should be updated but no ETA on when the fix will be available.

    Be wary.

    This does not resemble Toshiba problem. The issue (error message) appears due to AMD graphics card driver compatibility issue.
    This seems to be a problem with all computers with a particular AMD GPU.

    Probably the 10 Windows take the old driver (catalyst process) is not fully compatible and the solution could be:
    -graphics card ATI catalyst unisntall
    -updated the driver... (try to download the drivers Win10 for AMD driver AMD site)

    You should be able to update the drivers for the GPU in right click Device Manager the GPU.

    In case the 10 Windows will not find an AMD update, it must simply wait and use the internal Intel GPU that is part of the CPU. This occurs after the AMD/ATI driver has been uninstalled.

    I've just adapted to a new TEAC DW-224th on my TECRA S1 because the former was damaged (it has been detected, but its mechanics did not work at all after an access to an airport). This is detected by the operating system (Win XP) and mechanical works, but the LED flashes (orange) continuously and no media can not be read. When I try to open it in the OS Explorer issues the message "the request could not be performed because of an i/o device error.". You have any ideas how I can fix it or if I should go and buy a new one. It's very frustrating not to make a CD/DVD-ROM that works...

    I really wish I had some good news for you, but I did not...

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the problem you face is that Microsoft provides only pilots with the most basic features and what you really need for these features is the specialized drivers written for the specific in your HP PC hardware - and unfortunately, there is no driver HP Win10 for your PC. HP only guarantees the compatibility of Win10 for machines manufactured after August 2013. HP is not no matter what timetable indicating when, or IF, they will produce drivers for older machines.

    This means that your PC is probably NEVER going to be fully functional under Win10 because the drivers he needs for these features simply do not exist!

    To restore all the features, you will need to do a reset to factory using HP recovery media to its original operating system pre-installed.
