  Hello, I plan photographer creative photography of Cloud (a year, paid in advance). I did the prepayment on 16 June 2016 for the period ending June 16, 2017. But every time I open Lightroom or Photoshop, I receive the informational message that "there is a problem with the payment creative photography of cloud... Please verify your payment in your account management... If a problem is not solved up to the period of time creative photography of cloud will stop working. "I checked and see that the payment transaction has been processed successfully, I see the invoice number, transaction number, etc..
