  • The value Post step Expression (no next or previous step)

Is it possible to define the term post to a step, which is not the next or previous step?

I know that it is possible

    I'm looking for something like

RunState.Step ("StepID"). PostExpression = "Enter Post here"

Does anyone know if there is a way to accomplish something in this direction?

  • Impossible to logon to share the folder with "User must change password at the next logon" in Windows Server 2003

I use Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 as a file server.  I create new user 'A' in Windows Server 2003 as well with the option "user must change password at the next logon" selected and give way under the group users and users in the domain for this user.  I then share an output folder.  User 'A' is using Windows XP SP3 to connect to this shared folder.  However, when I try to connect, Windows reappear to enter user name and password.  I think it is the limitation in Windows that the user 'A' will be unable to change the password at the next logon or change password at any point in time at all.  Correct me if I heard wrong.

If possible, can someone enlighten me what is wrong or what I need to do for user to access folder and change the password on the first logon.

If what I described is not possible, is there another way for me to configure for the user to access share folder so that the user doesn't have to join domain or user of the AD?

  • ADE 2.0 and 4.0 do not work with Windows 10. The next problem is generated when you try to download a book from the public library.    Error getting License Server Communication problem E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_OPEN_ERROR.

The next problem is generated when you try to download a book from the public library.

Error getting License Server Communication problem E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_OPEN_ERROR.

The work around works of Jean.  It would be nice if Adobe provided a real difficulty however.

I have ADE installed 4.03.  The problem will occur as soon as that ADE is closed and reopened.    It takes so the patch every time allows you to download a book ADE.

    1. for Overdrive - select a book and click Download. -pop - up - select - Save file. - under the open with select - acsm_auto_file - download the file of social mobilization in your download directory.

    2. expand the Explorer open the file - go up to the OS (c)-

-go to Program files (x 86) - enlarge

    -to enlarge Adobe

-go to Adobe Digital Editions and the left click.

-On the right part of the screen right click on Digitaleditions.exe.

-Pop - up menu - on the left, click PROPERTIES

    -Pop up to select COMPATIBILITY

-at the top of the menu compatibility, choose the resolution of compatibility issues run

-Pop up to select the troubleshooting program

-Pop up choose the program worked in earlier versions of windows, etc.

    -on the left, click NEXT

-POP up - which version etc? Choose that I don't KNOW

    -on the left, click NEXT

-POP - up - left click Test Program-

-AT THE TOOL Avantek of window screen, a FLASHING ICON will appear - left-click on the icon - a pop-up will ask you if you want this program to change etc. On the left, click Yes.

    3. ADE open - make sure ADE is in library view.

-Left click on FILE and then select Add to LIBRARY from the menu drop down.

-POP UP - down to the right to choose the type of file of social mobilization

-left side of the pop up to choose the directory where you downloaded the file of the CMHA.

-Select the file of the CMHA in the right side of the window and on the left, click OPEN

-It should work, but you have to go through the whole routine if you close ADE.

I HOPE ADOBE will solve this problem. With each update of Windows 10 ADE seems crumbles a bit more.

  • What's next?; Considerations to decide on the next steps in career path

    "So, what's next?

That is the question that I fear, simply because I have no answer. I remember when it was an easy question because I didn't have the choice. At school, your path is clear. Your program of study is determined for you, and you travel from one row to another year. Overtime, you are allowed a few privileges. You can start to select some courses and teachers and choose what semester to take different classes. Every now and then you may regret this category art that you registered, but the consequences for a poor class selection are simply boredom or a below average grade.

Increase of consequences of decision making
As you get older, increasing choices, increases in doubt, and the stakes for bad choices are triggered. The decision to go to College, pursue a vocation or joining the armed forces is difficult for many high school graduates. Even after that decision is made it must be lingering doubt. College majors are a roll of the dice. Most of the people don't stop in the career field they studied. Not that my science policy major only has not served me well... But this major college still offers a guide of course study and provides options for "what's next."

Increase in freedom and doubt sets in
You finally enter the labour market, and it's often where you see the ends of the predefined path. He has a great sense of liberation that comes with this new adventure. The world is yours for the taking. Everything is possible. And this freedom of choice has expanded in recent years. When I look at Baby Boomers, many of them had some kind of career path set before them. There was a focus on the scale of the company of mountaineering. This has changed. Generation y and the Gen Y discover their career as a gym jungle of sorts, swinging a new project and opportunity to another.

But does respond to old age "where you see yourself in five years?" question much more difficult. For many of us, the jobs we have 5 years do not currently exist. Personally, career opportunities, I've had over the past ten years have been made by oneself. I loved.

    Course-correct what's next

So, how do you answer what's next?

This is a great post.  I have struggled with the question of whether I should return to school and get my MBA.  I don't know the end of the day if he will really get me where I am trying to go - honestly, I'm not really sure what it is!  I think it's a good idea to take a little at a time and take a course or do some self-training on an area that you are interested in.  I think that it will lead you to your next step or confirm that you are not on the right track to allow you to take a step back and re-evaluate.  I think it is really always the key.  Take the time to really think about what aspects of your work that you enjoy and the tasks that you would be fine with leaving behind forever.  And of course, above all, stop talking about what you want to do or learn and just go out and do it!

  • Ethernet link to the bridge network and server

I'm not an expert and hope that I do not use the wrong terminology, but I have an intermittent fault which has become more or less permanent. My major son put up for me a computer with Windows 8 as its operating system and a server for storage, connected by a cable to transfer files. The computer has its own router, with which it communicates with the local network based on a router and modem in the next room. There is a network bridge to access the internet. Initially (January 2013) it worked well. Sometimes, I couldn't connect to the server immediately, but simply another attempt was enough to access it, and he had no problem with the internet connection.

More recently (late July and August 2013), it became more difficult to access the server and now seems permanently impossible, the server simply showing with a red X across as one of the devices on the computer page. The Internet becomes also more difficult, although there is no need for the server or available to arrive and still connects for a short while before disconnect. In July, the internet can usually be restored by turning off the modem and the router, and when they were on again to restart Windows 8, but that no longer works. I tried to reset the computer to the previous settings, but without success. I also tried the diagnostics tools, but generally, they fail to address the issues identified, except for an occasional brief of the internet. Until today, it has always been possible to show the LAN on the network page, including the iMac computer and printer next to the router and the modem, but today the network folder showed most of the time as empty, any diagnosis I ran in the attempt to identify and connect to the local network, which today needs to manually connect even if automatic connection is checked. Conversely the iMac can still see the computer Windows 8 when he is awake through the LAN, but only in January, he sees the server.

The error or the troubleshooting messages that have been published are (1) to the server: the (network) path could not be found, or the name is already used. The IP given my son is 192.168.0.101, I tried and failed to find in the browser of my iMac, which does not suggest that it is already in use. Even if it wasn't a valid IP address, it would not have worked between January and July.
    (2) for internet access: reset of the card of network bridge that can force a reboot with a reference to the AREA of PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_ that I can't continue without an internet connection. unresolved issues can include one or all of the connection between your modem cable, router or point of access and the Internet is broken. "Network bridge" is not a valid IP configuration. the default gateway is not available. The computer in the other room has had uninterrupted access to the internet, so it is unlikely that the router or the modem it are at fault, who leaves the access point or the configuration of the network gateway. I found some of these error messages in the discussions on Windows 7, but not for Windows 8.

Finally, the watch status bar above all a network with limited access and a connected LAN ethernet bridge, which is not enough to bring me to the server or the internet; However, today the necessary local network setting procedure of discovery of devices running and by ticking the automatic connection to the LAN router in the next room, although both had previously been functioning. Is this the consequence of Windows updates downloaded and installed since January? Very briefly this afternoon after having restorng the settings they had on August 5, the convenience store was able to solve the problem of the bridge network, only for access to the internet to be cut shortly afterwards for lack of a valid IP, a problem solved configuration a few minutes before. Would it be possible to obtain internet access directly via the LAN network without the need for a network bridge, or is it a mistaken assumption on my part? Even if this is right, remains the problem of access to the server. Any thoughts anyone?

    Hi Clive,.

If you have included a lot of details about this question in the thread, I was unable to get a clear picture of the network configuration you have. What is the topology of the network that you set up?               How the server is connected to the network? What is a Client-Server network model you have?

If Yes, then this problem is better suited for it professionals about TechNet Forums that are well equipped with the knowledge of Client-Server network issue. Please post your question in the TechNet Windows 8 IT Pro Networking Forums from this link:

  • Sending an id to the next page

    Hello

Need more help please. OK, so I've created this site to database. Everything works perfectly, but when my pages redirect it does not send the value of the id to the next page if I add '? ID = 5"manually in the browser address bar, and then it displays the correct details for this particular id. How to use dreamweaver for the generated send me to keep the site working properly? What I have to physically php code or is there a Dreamweaver feature that can do this for me?

    Please can help you.

    Thank you

    Owen

    Owen,

Provide a recommendation more detailed your query. Shooting in the dark is not desired by volunteer contributors of this forum. Ideally the session for the user id must be created during its connection, defined not based the result of a query later.

    You wrote:

What I want to do is once a user registers on the registration page that the page should redirect to a success page and have a message ' thanks user X for recording.

You can also this simply echo the value post on page registration success the user name 'name' which was 'named' regardless of the registration form. If field registration form for the user name is called echo on the success page username by entering this php

    Thanks for registration.

The item values survive that the duration of a pageload. After that, they are destroyed. So if you want to keep the data to display then you need to create a session for the post value variable. Google the term How to create the session variable or similar term and you will no doubt find countless resources that explain the process entirely.

Remember that by default Dreamweaver Server behavior connection automagically creates the SESSION ["MM_Username"] for the username of the logged in user. Simply echo the SESSION ["MM_Username'] to display the user name for the user connected.
