  Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

  I created a BitmapField and adds a bitmap. The bitmapField is then placed inside a HorizontalFieldManager.
  What I want to do is to draw circles of a specific diameter in some places on top of the Bitmap image. What would be the right approach for this?

  I thought Graphics.fillArc (x, y, RADIUS, RADIUS, 0, 360); would the case... but how can I specify what pixels of my BitmapField need to be the center of the circle?

  And I recommend using constants of classes of color rather than the "magic" numbers

  Your first curve much coming in the second anchor, but he'll be back on this anchor point that is not quite right. I use the technique of the old school here (both are taught in the book), then try this:

  Draw the first curve that you did:

  • Press on and drag to the top anchor 1 point, release the mouse button

  Look at it this way: you drag as you want the curve to go, so 1 anchor is in place and 2 anchor is down. But 2 turns on itself, that is why go back you to 2, press the Alt/Option key and drag upward.

  If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu
