  This has nothing to do with Office for Mac... In fact, Access Manager is a feature of Internet Explorer, which is a browser of Windows operating system.

  If this is a feature of Mac you are referring, apparently logged as something other than an administrator. There must be at least an administrator account for which a person should know the password for the connection.   Update: as I am with nvidia I downloaded the driver, custom installation selected, checked the box for a clean install. (according to the Adobe support chat)

  Do not click on the "maximum make quality" for the resizing option.

  Currently works for export in 1080. Will try 4 k later but at this point, it seems that the clean install video card driver that he fixed. It's all about a k 4 timeline.
