  My first suggestion would be to make sure that the location of the Photo HP folder has been added to your photo library - you can add a folder location in a library as stated on the link below.

  If you use version 12 except pour Print, the problem is to know what is special for your printer. I have no problem with version 12 and win 10 on HP and Epson printers.
