iTunes, acting as if not registered for Apple music

Hello

I just found out today (although the problem might have been there for a few days...) that when I try to listen to an album through Apple music on my iMac version of iTunes, iTunes seems to believe that I don't have a monthly subscription.  He invites me to sign up for the Apple's music.  However, I'm registered!  I just got my last monthly bill on July 1.  Also, I continue to be able to play Apple music on two iPhones hooked to the account and an iPad.  Clearly, the subscription is still active.  Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Thank you

Kevin

PS in case where someone is thought in this direction, I checked via iCloud and the iMac is still a device registered to this account.

Kevin...

Make sure your iMac OS X and iTunes is up to date.

Open the App Store, and then select the updates at the top of the menu in the window of the App Store.

    Hello

You cannot synchronize in usb or wifi if you subscribe to the Apple's music. The basic principle of the AM is that your iTunes library is scanned to determine what can be matched or must be downloaded. Once completed, all the music you will be available to listen to or download on your iOS device.

Why when saving a file already existing AI cs6 is acting like I am registering for the first time? Assume that the file is called file.ai - when I'm working on that and go: Cmmand record - he said: ' replace file1.ai? I don't want to replace - simply record. What happens to me every few weeks in artificial intelligence. And it is a file that was NOT an older file - as I posted this Q once first before - and got no answer. Someone suggested that it might be that my file was from an older file. But no - this file is completely new. Work on it for a few days. Thank you very much!

N ° Match iTunes and Apple's music are 2 different services.

Apple music includes a service similar to iTunes game, but not iTunes game.

Will Apple's music on its own, match and download your music on Apple servers and make it available online to all devices that support it. But its completely independent of iTunes game.

If you have subscribed to iTunes game will charge you for it, regardless of Apple's music.

  • ICloud for Apple music activation will damage my iTunes library?

I agree with Apple's music and I understand that if I want to add pieces of Apple's music in my iTunes library I must activate iCloud. I have so far resisted doing this since all reports of permanent damage to your library master iTunes at the time where Apple music was introduced. It means your iTunes library will be scanned and anything in the catalog of music Apple is copied in your iCloud, but at a lower speed to ICloud. Music you have (I have 1700 titles of a CD, I added that I bought) is not in the catalog will be copied in iCloud, but at a lower rate. But I was warned of the following problems. Does anyone know if all those who have been set? Of course, I keep a backup of everything on my Mac, but I'm afraid of damaging my iTunes library. I've read about problems are:

    1. DRM is added to the music you own and copied to your iTunes library.
    2. Music you have will be converted at any bit rate and a different format (I use MP3) and copied in your library.
    3. Many only find albums that they have got iTunes tracks scrambled, metadata for artist names and track names got scrambled, and playlists got out of order.
    4. Album cover and the track got corrupted and replaced with incorrect art.

I know things are not supposed to be true based on the Apple FAQ, but they occurred when music Apple and iOS 9 first came out. These questions definitely resolved?

    1. no DRM will not be added to your own music and copied into your iTunes Library UNLESS you decide to delete your original files and then re - upload to your computer's iTunes library. Or if you have set up a second computer share the same Apple ID and download the tracks to this second computer.

2 not - yet as answer #1 - if you delete your original files and then re-download. You will receive versions Apple music that - according to what bitrate you torn initially to-may or may not be a lower data rate.

    3. Yes, it happens. But most often it happens when you try to listen to music on other computers or devices. There was reports of these types of problems in their library (the one people used as source to configure BCTI) original iTunes and that's why it makes sense to have a backup of your original files. But, that being said, I've been using AM / BCTI since it began and I saw only occasional and minor problems with my metadata on my original library. However, I've seen a lot of questions on the iPhone and iPad that share my ID Apple and iCloud music library - mainly the wrong version of a song being substituted for the one I have in my library (the original) iMac iTunes.

    4 Yes - See answer #3.

Yet once again, most of these problems happen either (1) on the secondary devices you use with your music library to iCloud or (2) when people decided - usually to save hard drive space - to remove their original files and then replace with others of their MEMBER.

  • New music/playlists appearing is not on the Apple music

This has happened for the last month or two... my Itunes and Iphone 5s are both updated. I used to be able to create playlists of music on iTunes and short while later he would automatically show on Apple music on my phone. Same thing with the music I want to rip from CD.

Recently, even though my music Apple's is more in sync with my iTunes. I created new reading lists and added new music on iTunes and it's been weeks that anything on the Apple music when well even the music I buy via iTunes appears on music from Apple.

Does anyone else have this problem?

    Hello lavatomy,

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I understand that updating playlists of music on iTunes on your computer and are not updated on your iPhone.  This indicates that your music library to iCloud may be disabled on one of your devices.  Please make sure that this option is enabled in both iTunes on your computer and your iPhone.

  • Unable to use cellular data for Apple music

I tried to use Apple music while on the cell data as opposed to a Wi - Fi connection, but for some reason some do not have access to the app even though I checked all the settings so that mobile data use in my settings. Are there other measures I can take?

    (1) I guess you checked BOTH toggles access to cellular service - under SETTINGS/CELL and under SETTINGS/MUSIC because they both be on.

    (2) If your answer to the above is YES, then you can first try to force quit the music application (double click on the HOME button and then drag upward on the application of music actually close it) and then reopen.

    (3) If this does not work, try to do a hard reset of the iPhone (holding HOME and POWER buttons until the Apple logo appears) and then try again the music app.

  • Email/invoice for Apple Music composition, do not know if this is legitimate or a scam

Randomly, I received two emails today stating that I will be charged £19.99 for a membership of Apple's music that I didn't sign for, I've never even heard of Apple's music.

I will insert a screenshot of the email below:

Initial points that made me a thing, it was not an official email apple was the "Apple TM Inv." on the line. When I click on this email address who sent me it shows as: [email protected]

ALL my bills have never came 'Apple' and the email address: [email protected]

And also, I do not know someone called Mark, nor do I know anyone who owns an ipod / I don't have an ipod I

I followed the guide on how to see/Manage my subscriptions, instead of clicking on the link in the email, and it doesn't have a subscription on my account.

I'm sure it's a scam, this look like my recent bills but not the same thing. However, I would like to be sure so that money does not come from my account. Any help is appreciated

Also, I apologize if this is in the wrong category, none of them seemed to fit my problem in the slightest
