However 'Backup file' now appears in the title as shown in the picture bar, I have attached with this post and I would like to get rid of the 'Backup' file in the title bar. I tried the option "save under" using a different name, but 'Backup file' is always present.

  Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Firefox Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that disables certain parameters, disables most Add-ons (extensions and themes).

  If Firefox is open, you can restart Firefox Safe mode in the Help menu:

  • In Firefox 29,0 and above, click on the menu button

    then select restart with disabled modules.
